After the heat we've had in our area, I had a beer can explode in the trunk of my Volkswagen Tiguan (1.5 years old). I researched a few places in my town and they seemed quite expensive. I found detail.com and their prices were less and I was able to book my first appointment the next morning. The tech arrived on time, I got a call the night before with details, and text updates the morning of. The tech was very friendly, nice, and did a terrific job! My car looked and smelled brand new again. I was extremely relieved and very impressed with how great my car looked again. A week later, our nanny threw up in my wife's Subaru. I immediately went to detail.com and booked an appointment the next morning. Our same tech came again! Just like before, he did a terrific job on my wife's car and looked and smelled brand new again. Thank you so much and I highly recommend detail.com

I was a tad skeptical to be honest, but figured I give this service a try as I just didn’t have time to take my cars somewhere. They exceeded all expectations. Communicated clearly, arrived on time, very professional and friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Pretty sure the company is a scam. I booked an appointment twice that they said they had available. Both times they would email me the next day notifying me that the time was unavailable and I would need to change my booking. After that I tried to cancel and get my refund only to discover I was charged again after changing my request time. The company also has not responded any of my attempts to contact them. Would give zero stars if able

Techs arrived as scheduled and completed all work ahead of quoted time frame. Quality of work was excellent, great attention to detail and tech went above and beyond just washing and waxing. They worked to repair minor paint imperfections and left vehicles looking great. Work area was left clean and with no trace of their great work. Highly recommend techs Angel and Juan Carlos. Making reservation and online payment was very very easy and convenient.

Service scheduled btw 02:00-05:00pm. Details.com kept apar of the small time frames of when technician would be here. Brandon was timely. Spent a good 2 1/2 on my car and did an excellent job. Unfortunately it was raining for good part of the time he was here therefore the basic exterior washing was hard to tell. However tires were well cleaned and I was satisfied with it. Thanks.

I am still in shock with how they restored my car and truck. They kept us updated the entire time. Five stars isn’t even a high enough rating for them. The technician was extremely professional, thorough and caring. I would highly recommend them to detail your car if you want it done right. I had the best hard working dedicated technician I’ve ever seen he took zero short cuts. A++++

The scheduling and payment were both easy and convenient but for the price of 300$ there is still very noticable stains on the seats, dirt inside the trunk door frame, and dust in the center console. It does look better than before and it does have noticable differences, but for the price I hope for perfection.

My $549 TITANIUM detail package looks great from 10' away. after closer inspection it was not worth $549, I have had better detail results at my local car wash for less than $300. there are water/soap spots on the windshield, swirl marks on the paint and I am certain a clay bar was not used (using my clay bar on the fender resulted in a dirty clay bar. with many swirl marks and superficial scratches I am sure there was no polish used before waxing. Asking the detailer if a clay bar or polish was used he pretended he didn't understand the question and didn't answer. we had no communication problem before my question.would I ever use detail.com again...NEVER! Trying to contact detail.com to provide my comments, I keep trying without results!
