Scam - avoid

I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation, but the money was taken from my account. I have been trying for 2 days to get customer service to look into this but they keep sending a standard reply and are refusing to look into this. I will be reporting to the bank as fraud

Buy with caution no refund here!!!!

I bought 3 pairs of pants on this website but they didn’t fit and I sent them back asking for my full refund and this was declined even though they received their items back in good condition.
I would not recommend buying here you will plead for your money to be refunded as they want to give you half the money of the items you bought.

I would give them no stars if I could.

I would give them no stars if I could.

I ordered nail pens from them, when they arrived they didn’t work.

Tried to communicate with little results and so raised a dispute with PayPal. At this point they said they didn’t want the product returned and offered a refund but only if I closed the PayPal dispute first. I refused to do this as the dispute would be automatically closed when I received a refund and I would not give up PayPal protection without a refund.

Three weeks later they then, through PayPal, asked for the product to be returned.

I then contacted PayPal who settled my dispute in my favour.

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this organisation and if you do make sure you pay by PayPal so you have protection

Not received the bracelets.

After 9 days ive still not received my bracelets which i ordered, which might not seem long but ive had no correspondence from them whatsoever. Very quick too take the money but not quick to deliver. I have been intouch with them, and they are ment to be trying to find my order, but so far they haven't. Ive asked for my money back but they have ignored me.

All I want at this point is to get my money back.

Unhappy with customer service

Cant find the post so I’ll have to do it here. I bought a ladies razor in the Black Friday sales, when it came it wasn’t quite what I thought it was. Their policy is they will refund if bought within the past 30 days. I contacted customer service and I’ve asked about a dozen times for a full refund and I’ll send the product back. Their customer service is shocking and they won’t refund me. I don’t like doing things like this but I’ve been left with no choice. If your buying anything make sure size is correct or product is what you think it is if not you will end up with the same problem as me.

It isn’t what I expected at all

It isn’t what I expected at all, it was to small it switches on but won’t even do my 2 year old grandaughters nails, so the description isn’t correct, I would like to return it but don’t really know how to, at the age of 70 I’ve never sent anything back.
