Ordered 3 pairs of trousers from the website when they arrived they looked cheap and l didn't like them asked for a refund they replied to me that because they came from abroad it was difficult for them to send them back and would l like to keep them and they would give me 18 pounds refund well 4 weeks later l am still waiting. Please people do yourself a favor and stay away from this website

Don’t buy
So ordered paint for painting my kitchen cupboards delivery took weeks to arrive sent them emails which they ignored today paint has arrived but it’s the wrong colour I ordered mint green and they have sent me white also the tin size is very small I have again sent them an email asking for a full refund but I am not holding my breath that they will even reply let alone refund me
If I could I would have given it minus 0 stars
So they have replied and said they will refund me so I hope they include the carriage charge in the refund so let’s wait and see if they do
So please do not buy this product

I bought two pairs of the in stripe…
I bought two pairs of the pin stripe trousers as advertised on Instagram with the girl pulling them away from her waist showing how super stretchy the fabric is. FALSE! The trousers delivered have no give what so ever and are of very restrictive fabric/suit like material with restrictive waistband. I asked to return for a full refund to be told by someone by email that it would take months to return to their warehouse in China and they would refund me £20. Half of what paid. I can only imagine the good reviews on here are fake and paid for by the company. Please do not waste your money!!

Be wary of this company
Be wary of this company. They do not accept returns! My trousers are far to small for me as they are Chinese sizes as they are based in China. I have contacted them to arrange a return and they said they do not accept returns as the shipping fees are too high from the UK. They did offer an additional pair to be sent in a different size however the shipping cost would need to be covered by myself! Even if I accepted this, how would I know the new pair would be the correct size without trying them first? I would then have two pairs of trousers that are no use to me and be even more out of pocket! So now I am left with a pair of trousers that are no use to me and £20 out of pocket. Not impressed at all!

I ordered a medium and I am a uk size 10. Really pleased with these trousers and highly recommend using this company. You won’t be disappointed ❤️

This product has met all expectations, it is a good size and suitable for tea or coffee. It holds the heat well and does not leak can be taken when travelling.

I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service I have received. I ordered on the 1st of September and still not received my order. When I email I get a generic response from a BOT. It now shows that my order has been delivered on Saturday, after yet another follow up email was sent however I was in all day and no delivery came. I'm going to report this company to my credit Card company and will hopefully manage to get a refund. Never order form them. Shocking company.
