I had to re reorder an item in order for it to be here on time due to a postal strike. I requested a full refund for the item but only received 103.00 back for the item when I paid 169.60. I have been fighting back and forth with them to try and get the remainder of my money, even would have been willing to take the remainder in store credit.
Shipping the item back shouldn’t be coming out of my refund. That’s not paying for the item to be shipped back that’s stealing from your customers. They said they would pay for the item to be shipped back. They admitted in email that I paid more than what I was refunded.

Customer is always right.

I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because they found the discrepancy and refunded me the remainder.

Make sure you are checking everything over when you order from them. Clothing quality is great but shipping can be a bit of a pain.

Absolutely perfect experience every time. The quality of the suits is always top-notch. I was in a hurry with my last order, contacted them, and they made sure it arrived on time — their customer service deserves special mention.
Overall, true professionals and highly recommended.

The shipping was super fast. And the quality was excellent. I got lots of compliments all night. The color was vibrant and I was able to wash everything after dancing all night and the clothes still look great. I will definitely buy from them again.

Great material, perfect fit & the design was 100x better than any I’ve seen. It looked like my skeleton! One con, hard to get on & off in the ladies’ room ha!

I ordered my costume from Devil Walking at a discount just days before Halloween, and it still arrived on time.

I always feel AM-AZ-ING in these bodysuits, and people are always complimenting me and asking me where I got them from!

The JOY and inspiration they provide, outweighs any ethical questions about the synthetic material etc. EVERYTHING is creation after all. So thank you Devil's Walking to help me walk without FEAR...and shine my LIGHT! That's the paradox isn't it! HaHa! Oh The Divine Comedy 🤣☯️🙏💫

True to size and amazing effect. The skeleton print had the effect that I wanted.

Delivery fast! Great material, stretchy as well!

The quality really is noticeably higher than other brands. I got so many compliments and felt so comfy in it too. The wings were super cool and everything felt good on my skin. Plus the design is so functional.

It looks great and the shipping was fast. The fabric of the top is a bit thin, though.

This costume/outfit was a 10/10 for me! It fit my body like a glove and I looked amazing! I was the star of the night! I weigh 152 and I am 5’4! This was a size M. Arrived super fast and the quality was amazing!

I wore this for a halloween rave.
Material was great, very comfortable.

I have been happy with all Devil Walking orders.

The outfit is absolutely beautiful, sexy and super comfy. It arrive quite fast even tho I live in Norway, definitely will buy again.

Product was true to size and arrived on time. However after the first wash the garment stinks like gasoline. Will not order again. Expensive and stinky.

Shipping took way longer than expected, and tracking wouldn't update properly. When the package was a week past its expected arrival date, I reached out, and then it magically shows up the next day. And to top it off, they sent me the wrong size so I can't wear this for the festival I wanted to and I don't have enough time to try them again. Just reached out for a return, hoping they get back to me soon...

My 13th and 14th piece just arrived and it became time to leave a review.
These pieces are just stunning 2.0!
Unique, flattering, colorful, empowering, cool, bad ass, I can continue for hours.
In the beginning before I ordered I thought they were a bit pricy but once I felt the fabric and learned they manually check each and one of them, I can say it is totally worth it :-) I am now so hooked I purchase 1-2 monthly.
I wish for everyone to own at least one piece of them, you will not regret it!

Die Jumpsuits von DevilWalking sind ein Traum. Ich habe schon ein paar mal dort bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist top, trägt sich wie eine zweite Haut.

This is an awesome outfit. The fabric is soft and beautiful. The material is slightly see-through and sexy. The fit is amazing. Very happy!

I followed all their sizing information, did their sizing calculator, I'm smaller than the model image in the same size I bought which is the size I wear in everything but the shortalls came in and it looks like clothing for a 10 year old. My husband was shocked when I opened the package at how tiny it is and had to help me forcefully pull them up and then the top of the shortalls don't even reach up to cover my chest. All I'm asking them to do is allow me to exchange the piece without being charged any extra shipping because their sizing information absolutely did not work but they're trying to avoid accountability the way unremarkable businesses usually love to do.

Update 10/19/25- 8 emails later they keep avoiding accountability and still trying to get me to pay extra to exchange. They told me people don't have issues with their sizing yet theres other reviews with the same awful experience I'm having.

10/22/25- they stopped replying entirely on 10/19 after I emailed them screenshots of other trustpilot reviews where customers have followed all of their sizing info. In a previous email they had offered to credit me $67.50 without having to ship back the first piece but to reorder a new size id have to make up nearly a $30 difference because my full payment was $93.32 so I asked for that amount back and they've gone silent on me.

10/26/25- I sent an email asking why they went on silent on me for days. Their offer of crediting me back $67.50 was towards a purchase of $135. More than my original purchase. This piece of information was not mentioned the first time they made the offer. So they were trying to profit at least an extra $68 from me. They said I wouldn't have to ship back the original piece but it doesn't fit so that's useless to me. I refuse to purchase any extra items from them ever again. I gave up after 15 emails back and forth and decided to go with the store credit option on the website, thinking it would cost me less because I had seen reviews that it should be around $20. But turns out, once again, they're leaving information out in their website. A whole other can of worms........

You'll receive credit for the item(s) — deducting the return shipping label cost*.
The store credit will also include the duties & sales taxes in the credited amount.

* Return shipping label costs depend on the package weight.

Here's what they sent in their returns email to me:

Option 1: Store Credit
You’ll receive a gift voucher worth $61.18 with no expiration date.
The code can be combined with discounts, allowing you to use it in conjunction with other promotions on our website.
The total amount has been adjusted to deduct the return shipping label cost and the original shipping fee..

Notice that the deduction of the original shipping fee that they mention in their email isn't mentioned in their website info............. :)

10/30/25 I asked them to credit me back $9.99 for original shipping because the website doesn't clearly mention this for the store credit option. Here's what they said:

"It is common knowledge that the original shipping cost cannot be refunded when a client returns an item"

I pointed out that their refund to original payment section mentions deducting both original shipping costs and return shipping costs but store credit option only mentions return shipping. But I'm stupid I guess for needing to know their fine print without them giving the fine print.

11/18/25 So after all that wheeling and dealing they did, it turned out that the clothing I received was in fact defective and they offered me a full refund or full credit to shop. I took the full refund in a heart beat. Never shopping with them again.
