Fabulous customer service! I had some issues with delivery with my order. Not the fault of Devil Walking but our postal service. My ordered arrived late. I had some concerns and messaged customer service- responses were prompt and supportive! The ordered arrived and loved the tights. Thank-you for all your help Devil Walking!

It took a little longer than it said to arrive to the UK so be patient but absolutely worth it, such a beautiful set and so flattering. Great quality and great tailoring.

Ordered 3 weeks ago - no item. Company lied saying UK courier has problems - nothing they can do. My tracking shows it hasn’t even left Bulgaria. In case you aren’t aware this is where this company ships from and since their postal system is nearly bankrupt and having a problem processing US parcels (I’m uk so shouldn’t be affected) they seem to just lose things. The company is clearly unbothered customers don’t get items. Putting a charge back on my card if I don’t get a response in the next day so I can hope to get an alternative elsewhere for the event.

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address but Mel helped correct it and was so nice and super responsive about it too! Also, the outfit is so cute, looks exactly as pictured on the website, and feels like great quality fabric.

I ordered something that said it would arrive just in time for an event based on shipping times. When I got close to the end of when my goods should have been shipped, I reached out just to make sure as I didn’t want there to be a delay. Mel answered promptly, apologised for the delays they were having (due to supplier issues) and confirmed the date I needed it by. She said she would make sure it arrived by the. By the end of that day my goods were shipped, and arrived as advised a few days later. Such a good experience. And the outfit was incredible quality! Already about to place a second order!

Was drawn into buying The Nun costume suit when I saw it on IG and the model who was modelling it was literally exactly the same height and build as me and it looked amazing on her! Took a few weeks to come, tried it on, figure hugging and the shading on it that accentuates your natural assets! Absolutely smitten with it, well worth the money, quality stitching and fabric. Fits like a glove and perfect, did a review, got 20% voucher and went back on website on same day I received my first costume and bought another one in a different pattern 😍🖤

My fiancé and I had just purchased outfits from Devil Walking to wear to opening weekend of Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Tour in Las Vegas. It was a special trip, planned for months: we were flying in from Wisconsin and sitting nearly front row at the end of the catwalk. These tickets were my anniversary gift to her, and we wanted to go all out.

I placed three express shipping orders during their 4th of July sale, and my fiancé placed one order with standard shipping by mistake. I was nervous about everything arriving in time, especially after reading reviews that mentioned occasional shipping delays. I sent a message explaining our situation—our flight was scheduled for 3am on July 16th, and we needed the outfits no later than the 15th.

Within hours, Teddy from customer service replied. They not only confirmed all items were in stock and personally prioritized our orders, but also offered to ship everything to my fiancé’s address—where the delivery estimate was five days earlier than mine. Thanks to Teddy’s fast thinking, empathy, and clear communication, all four orders were bundled into one express package and delivered on July 10th—a full five days before we left.

Their customer service wasn’t just responsive—it was personal, thoughtful, and proactive. You could tell they genuinely cared. I even tipped $45 across my orders just hoping they might notice the urgency, and they absolutely did.

I have ordered twice from here now to be shipped to Australia and have contacted the team letting them know my deadline, and both times they have promptly shipped my packages to me and they have arrived within days before my deadline. I am so impressed with their customer service and quick responses. The quality of the clothing is also amazing and looks stunning on!

I had contacted them because my parcel was not being shipped. I have a rave approaching so I was worried it wouldn't arrive. I reached out and I was told there were strikes causing shipping delays, and less than 24 hours they helped resolve the issue. I did pay for express shipping but thats not the fault to the company just that there are strikes and tarrifs happening. They let DHL know the deadline i must have it by and it is due to arrive before my rave. Best customer service Ive experienced

They shipped my order in a timely fashion, it arrived in the time stated. I was unable to locate my order due to strikes for postal workers, and when I reached out to devil walking they got back to me in less than a day with the location of my package and I am thankful I was able to pick it up and that it wasn’t lost or sent back! Everything that came fits perfect and looks cute and I am excited to wear it all when my festival date arrives!

If you want your order to arrive on time, don’t order from them! I even paid extra for express shipping and was assured the package would arrive by tomorrow at the latest. It hasn’t even reached the shipping provider yet!
