A heartfelt thanks to Ravinder and DGN Gas team for supporting us during a very difficult period. They stepped in to complete heating and plumbing work including installing boiler and underfloor heating work left unfinished by our previous builder, and their help made a real difference. From our very first interaction, they were professional and friendly, keeping us informed throughout and taking ownership of sourcing the materials required to complete the work. Taking on an incomplete job meant a great deal to us, and we are genuinely grateful for their support in helping us move forward. I would happily recommend Ravinder / DGN Gas to anyone looking for a heating and plumbing company.

Ravinder and his team deliver a professional and very good service from start to finish! We had work done on our house and my Mums house and we are both happy. Ravinder and his team has saved us on numerous occasions, we moved into our house over a year ago and faced on going issues with our boiler at the most inconvenient times.

We are a family with two young boys (one who is autistic, and does not do well with change) and my elderly mother also lives with us.

So having consistent heating & access to running hot water is our lifeline.

DGN are extremely accommodating & will come out when all the other companies are closed and require 24hr notice which we can’t wait for. The team are professional, polite, will happily answer all my ongoing questions about ‘What happened?’ ‘How can I avoid this?’ … etc.

Contacted Ravinder about servicing my boiler and mega flow. Good advice around mega flow and arranged the service. Ravinder kept me updated on WhatsApp around estimated time of arrival. He was very courteous and carried out the work with no disruption. Very reasonable in terms of price and will definitely use again.

Ravinder and his team attended the gas leak issue raised , when smart meter installation engineer found possible leaks in boiler or hob and pipes.
Ravinder and his team checked and investigated over two visits and found the long standing gas leak at couple of points and fixed it and also carried full service to the boiler and found that previous owners had not serviced the boiler since installation many years ago.
All heating was checked and assisting with further improvements with adding smart controller and also plumbing of new water softener.
Ravinder and his team are very attentive and professional at their work and always happy to attend at short notice.
He has also attended to my other rental properties.

I had the pleasure of working with DGN as part of my house refurbishment.  They were subcontracted by my builder and I could not have been happier with their service.  The DGN team was attentive, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.  DGN installed a Vaillant system boiler along with a water softener and advised on which thermostats and water softener I should install.  Throughout the install, the team explained what they were fitting and once completed, they gave me a comprehensive walkthrough of the system.  DGN also handled all the guarantees and certificates for installed components.  The team worked diligently and maintained a tidy working environment whilst also being respectful of the property.

I had a few teething issues with the thermostats and UFH, but DGN were helpful every step of the way, making priority site visits to ensure everything was working as expected.  This is a company that clearly prioritises their clients and will work hard to ensure they deliver to a high standard.

Since the install, I've had DGN service the full system and as always, the service is excellent, everything is explained clearly and I'm left feeling confident that my boiler is ready for the winter months ahead.

I'm really happy to have had my system installed by DGN and plan to only use them for maintenance and servicing.  An absolute gem of a company that offers a high quality service every step of the way.

Rav and his team at DGN Services installed my Combi Boiler two years ago replacing an archaic Back Boiler. They now come back annually to service it and carry out a Gas Safely check (legal requirement for landlords). I cannot fault this company at all. They are on time, courteous and very good value.

Engineers were very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Made sure everything was working right before leaving.

Ravinder and everyone in his team is so great. They installed our combi boiler and 300L baxi tank and did all the plumbing on your extension and new bathrooms and did an amazing job.
