I had no texted advance warning for arrival and the engineer came in an unmarked van, which initially made me uncomfortable. However, the engineer carried out a good service

We recently had a Toshiba multi-split air conditioning system installed by Diamond Green Energy, and the whole experience has been excellent from the initial enquiry through to installation.

A big thank you to Charlotte, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to any questions and kept us updated every step of the way. Ian has also been fantastic, offering advice and talking through different options as we expanded our plans for the system.

I have to admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer! I phoned up quite a few times with questions, changed my mind on a couple of things, and even started discussing future expansion plans before the current installation was finished. Despite all that, everyone was incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always happy to take the time to explain everything and help me make the right decision.

Our installer, Matt, was brilliant. His workmanship was excellent; everything was installed neatly and professionally, and he clearly takes real pride in his work. He answered all of my questions, explained how the system worked, and discussed future options with me without any pressure. It's clear he really knows his trade.

The installation itself is incredibly tidy, both inside and out. The outdoor unit is mounted neatly, the pipework is very well finished, and the indoor units look like they've always been part of the house. We also received all the commissioning paperwork afterwards, which gave us confidence that everything had been tested and installed correctly.

We've already noticed a huge difference in comfort around the house. Even with just the first few units installed, the difference has been amazing, and we're now planning to add even more in the future.

It's rare these days to find a company where everyone from the office staff through to the engineers is so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. The customer service has been just as impressive as the quality of the installation.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond Green Energy to anyone considering air conditioning. Thank you again to Charlotte, Ian, and Matt for making the whole experience such a positive one.

Diamond Green Energy did an outstanding job installing our home solar panel system, and we are extremely happy with the results.

The whole team was excellent from start to finish. Cameron made the sales process informative, professional, and straightforward, while Sam provided excellent post-installation support and has been first class throughout. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard.

Throughout the project, the team kept us well informed, were always on top of everything, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Their communication and customer service were excellent from beginning to end.

A special mention goes to the installation team, including Dec and Arthur. Dec did an excellent job installing the panels, working in extremely hot weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Arthur, the electrician, also carried out a superb installation and wiring job, ensuring everything was completed neatly, professionally, and with great attention to detail.

It was clear that everyone involved took pride in their work and cared about delivering a quality installation.
