Would have been 5 star but did not phone me night before to arrange a time slot, i had to phone diamond gas in the morning.

Annual boiler service
The engineer was friendly, arrived within the allotted time slot on the day and carried out my boiler service efficiently and professionally.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I wasn't informed of time slot the night before as expected.

Responsive to emails, no hidden costs, polite and tidy team on installation. Started and finished when they said they would.

Boiler replacement
The communication from start to finish was fantastic and I was updated with all information such as times etc.
During the visit the gentleman went through everything that was been done and gave me lots of information regarding all possibilities and outcomes.
Made sure everything was working correctly and went over all work inside and outside.
Great all round experience and left everything cleaner than when I use my kitchen.
Highly recommended for any future work or projects m.

Knowledgeable & thorough
