Amazing service from start to finish. From my first call to the office to arrange a quote visit to my last call with Claire in the office. James the fitter was amazing, great workmanship, clean and tidy. The shutters look amazing. I have a couple of windows at the back of my house, I’ll be back in contact in a few months. I’d give 6 stars if I could! Thank you guys you are amazing!

Excellent company. Lovely staff. Welcoming, not overbearing. Lovely relaxed showroom with excellent choice. Ordering and fitting as simple as could be. No pressure at all or hard sell but positive appropriate comms when needed. I absolutely love the blinds I ordered. Fantastic quality and they look much more expensive than they actually were.

I chose Diamond Shutters after a recommendation from my son. Everything from my initial enquiry to measuring windows to installation was handled by friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional staff members.
Nothing was too much trouble & I was kept informed of progress along the way. It took several weeks for the shutters to be made but that wasn’t an issue as I was told that when I placed the order.
The installation itself was impressively quick & James was an extremely tidy worker & respectful of my home.
I’m glad I chose Diamond Shutters & was able to support a small local business.
