London Interior Shutters Reviews

Hayley and team were extremely professional from the start, offering helpful tips, advice and perfecting installation sketches right from the beginning. The lead time was considerable (~12 weeks) but understandable given the high quality timber finish and the shutters look incredible. Great product and customer service throughout so we're very happy with our shutters, thank you. David & Sarah

Lovely product. The shutters, once installed, were everything we had hoped for. The install team were very professional as well.

I recently had some shutters installed, covering some large / complicated window shapes. I am very happy with the result and the overall service. Throughout the process Hayley was really helpful, responsive and provided realistic timelines to installation. Prior to ordering, the measurements were taken by Dan which all worked out to be exactly correct, and he really understood what I was looking for in terms of design. The installation team were highly professional and kept my apartment clean which I also really appreciated. Would have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and recommending to friends and family.

A genuinely top notch experience and service from start to finish, everyone involved from the design consultation to the final installation, without forgetting the office and accounts manager, was super professional, efficient and genuinely pleasant.

Alex did a tremendous job installing the shutters, arrived on time, was courteous and left everything in a perfect state.

The shutters looks great, they really transform the room and I fully expect to solicit LIS's services again for shutters in other rooms of my flat.

I would very strongly and wholeheartedly recommend London Interior Shutters.

Just had some more shutters fitted by the wonderful Alex from London Interior Shutters - they look absolutely stunning! Their workmanship is second to none, they always clean up after themselves and leave no mess whatsoever. Lovely to support a local business too.

An outstanding all round experience - from the initial consultation, all the updates, seamless installation with a lovely team and impressive final product. We couldn't be happier with this small, family run business.

Excellent quality shutters. Efficient, polite, helpful

We had a fantastic experience with London Interior Shutters. After shopping around a bit with some of the other companies and having a bad experience, we found them to be friendly and professional with excellent service start to finish. And all for a cheaper price than the other companies that claim to be the most cost effective! Can't recommend them enough.

Good customer service and fitted shutters blinds very well in Spring 2022.
We were very happy with the way the shutters make our house look beautiful and tidy.

Very happy with our shutters we had installed in our front windows last year. The team were very friendly and made sure to ask the right questions to ensure we were happy with the results! The fit and style is perfect and we haven’t had any issues with them!

I highly recommend London Interior Shutters.
The quality of shutters is amazing and at a very competitive price, The customer service team kept me informed and updated with the process and installation was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team.

Great service and very good quality blinds. We would highly recommend.

We chose London Interior Shutters for our solid shutters in our living room, and are so pleased that we did. The whole process with them was easy and professional. Their quote was competitive, they arrived on time and they were fitted quickly and neatly. The finished product looks great! We’re already ordering shutters for another room with them. Highly recommend!

Great communication throughout the process with keeping you informed on delivery.
Slight issue but being resolved and very happy with how this is being dealt with.
Friendly staff and would recommend these guys.

A good competitive quote. Excellent communication throughout the process. Professional job undertaken by informative and efficient staff. Beautiful window shutters.

Very pleasant experience with this company. Arrived promptly for consultation, knowledgeable about the various products available, and listened to our specific requirements carefully. Good communication throughout regarding progress of order. Installation was efficient, friendly and cleanly done.

We've had our shutters for 6 months now and they are great. The London Interior Shutter team provided a competitive quote and clear communication through out, and the shutters were installed without any mess or damage. Two things to note: the lead time is very long (as the shutters are shipped from abroad) and the shutters are not blackout, neither of which was a problem for us as London Interior Shutter flagged this up-front to us but worth keeping in mind if you are considering getting shutters. Have recommended to friends since!

London Interior Shutters installed multiple new shutters in my house, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The whole process, from initial design consultation to installation, was clear and thoroughly professional at every stage. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Couldn’t be happier with the shutters London Interior Shutters installed in my bedroom and living room, excellent service from start to finish and a lovely and responsive company - thanks!

We used London Interior Shutters in our previous home back in 2021 & the quality was exceptional. Daniel, Hayley & team were professional, punctual, hardworking & provided a competitive price. The shutters were a game changer in keeping the heat/cool in & they look amazing on any day. We did not hesitate to engage in their services again when we needed shutters installed in our new home in 2025, looking forward!
