London Interior Shutters Reviews

The communication was excellent. And the job was completed without any problems. The installer was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had shutters installed in four of our windows by London Interior Shutters, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free from beginning to end. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team managed our expectations well, particularly with the 3-4 month lead time for custom shutters and the end result proved to be more than worth the wait! The shutters are absolutely beautiful, fit the windows perfectly, and have significantly enhanced the aesthetics of our home.

Throughout the process, every member of the team we interacted with was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Special mention goes to Alex, who was particularly nice on the installation day. Not only did he ensure that the shutters were installed flawlessly, but he also offered to take down our old blinds, which was a thoughtful and greatly appreciated gesture. His customer service was exemplary and truly 10/10.

We were impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the high-quality materials used in our shutters. London Interior Shutters’ dedication to delivering an excellent product and providing outstanding customer service is evident in every aspect of their work.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend London Interior Shutters to anyone considering shutters for their home. The combination of their expertise, commitment to quality, and exceptional customer service results in a fantastic end product that you'll be proud to have in your home. If you're looking for beautiful, custom shutters and a seamless installation experience, look no further than London Interior Shutters.

London Interior Shutters are a small family ran business and I love the professionalism of the team. Their price is very competitive and as I have used them for the second time, I definitely will use them again. They communicate with customers continuously from first appointment to fitting. I have had so many admirable comments about my Shutters and they absolutely made my home beautiful. Thank you Hayley and the Team. Great work!

A lovely team who are prompt and polite at every stage of ordering and fitting your shutters. We were so pleased with the job for our three pairs of shutters that we have placed an order for a fourth.

Excellent products and customer service. Throughout the process, the team here were very clear and communicated really well. We were impressed by the range of choices and the end results are fantastic in three windows, including a really awkward bay window. Hayley, Dan and the installers were also really nice to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

They were friendly and helpful from the off, kept me up to date with how things were going regularly but not excessively, and the shutters are just great. The guys who fitted them were polite, punctual and very tidy. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality and very nice people to deal with. The lead time is very long but good things come to those who wait! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the team from the initial consultation through to fitting. We are really happy with our shutters and would highly recommend this company.

I absolutely love my new shutters! The whole process from start to finish was great. Daniel, Hayley and the team were super friendly, helpful and communicative throughout. I'm really impressed by the quality of the shutters themselves, London Interior Shutters are great value for money compared to the other quotes we had back from bigger companies.

I'm so happy with my new shutters! If you're considering these guys then I would recommend at least getting one of the quote estimates from the website since my experience was that this was a realistic figure.

I had originally wanted to do the self-measure kind of shutters to save cash, and I spent a lot of time researching and corresponding with different suppliers about how they would work, where the frame would attach, the frame type, and so on. While the various companies were always nice and helpful, I hit various issues with things like the hooks that you use to open the shutters being in the way, the depth from the frame to the glass, etc etc. I ended up feeling quite dejected and like it might not even be possible to have them on my windows because ordering bespoke would be so pricey.

I looked up some other companies who offer the whole measuring/fitting service along with the shutters, and the first ones I looked at were a lot more expensive than the self-measure kind. Then I did a quick quote on the London Interior Shutters website, and was amazed that it seemed so reasonable... naturally it's more expensive than the DIY kind but they visit to measure and fit the blinds so that you don't have the risk of something going wrong.

They then sent someone to do the measure (I had to pay a deposit because of not being very close to their location, although it was then deducted from the invoice when I ordered), and they confirmed the quote I'd already seen on the website which was very comforting. They gave me great advice on the order specs (e.g. recommending a narrower slat to be more traditional-looking and showing me examples of the different materials in person) which made decision-making much easier.

The lead time was pretty long when I ordered (3-4 months), and I would recommend to them that they're clear about the typical lead times on the website since the information advertised was a little out of date which could lead to disappointment. Personally I ended up splashing out on the express service which meant it was more like 6-8 weeks; this was well worth it for me as I'd had a horrible old brown curtain draped over the window for ages.

The fitting was easy to arrange and took maybe 40 minutes in total; they're happy to come on a Saturday if it works for you. Everything was clear and straightforward and communication was good throughout the process.

This is long, so I will just conclude by saying I would 100% recommend London Interior Shutters and would definitely use them again.

Our new shutters look brilliant and I am really pleased with them.
The whole service was very good, from the initial measuring and consultation appointment, to the fitting of the shutters.
Hayley looks after everything inbetween and is very helpful and responsive.

We had a great experience with London Interior shutters - white glove service, fair (and very competitive prices), beautiful job done on our not so standard victorian bay windows. Well worth the wait. We chose them based on a friend's recommendation, recommended them ourselves to our neighbours (who now have matching shutters) and we will be using them again to put shutters in another area of our house!

Delighted with the shutters installed in our living room. Excellent quality and a highly professional service to match. Thank you!

Brilliant service from start to finish at incredible value. Would not hesitate recommending.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen plantation shutters. Daniel came out to us promptly to measure up and advise on the best style to have. Hayley kept us informed during the manufacturing process and arranged for Alex to fit them, which he did thoroughly and efficiently. Delighted we chose this company from a crowded field.

We love our shutters so much! In the lounge and bedroom. They are so beautifully made and so neat. I’m thrilled. The whole process has been excellent. From initial appointment to installation it’s been smooth and professional. Excellent communication. The shutters were fitted today and the guys that did them were lovely. So, so happy - I’d recommend to anyone ! Thanks !

They went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble particularly when a previous tradesman had chipped the shutter base and denied all knowledge and the team very kindly made good. I had an excellent experience with them and I would highly recommend them

Thrilled with our shutters London Interior Shutters fitted in our lounge. They gave great advice on style and colours, which I wouldn't have thought of myself, and they were excellent throughout our communications and installation. We're using again!
