When nobody in China picks up the phone call, DianhuaChina always deducts one minute from my account. It's unfair for DianhuaChina to do that. DianhuaChina should fix the issue.

- You have the latest app version installed on your device.
- Your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
- You have set up your Caller ID, to ensure a high successful connection and call quality. The Caller ID is the number that will display on the screen of the person you call.
We also recommend you to try using a local access number available for your location. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet.
