There are times, I cannot dial through to destination number from my calling number, and when contact customer service, there is no answer or solution even though the customer service representatives are very nice.

Thank you for telling us about this. As far as we can see, our Customer Support team has not been contacted regarding issues happening with connection since April 2021.
When calling with the App, the connection and quality of your calls depend on your own internet connection.
To improve your connection, please check if:
- You have the latest app version installed on your device.
- Your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.
- You have set up your Caller ID, to ensure a high successful connection and call quality. The Caller ID is the number that will display on the screen of the person you call.
We also recommend you to try calling with the Offline Calling feature available for the app, or using a local access number available for your location. This way you will be using our own connection and not the internet.
Try the above and let us know if you still encounter difficulties.

the service is very good. rhey have nice options to speed call the most used number. I have never encountered a problem. It just works for my most difficult customer : my WIFE. The price ks reasonable. I see no reason to stop using it.

Sorry guys second time using to call China. Both times could not reach number. Thought they used a terminal in China to call Chinese numbers but no it's like dialing yourself direct and china blocks calls says number invalid. Have tried more than 1 number same message. Will have to try different service.

As our Customer Support agents already mentioned via email, they checked the issue and made some test calls, but they received the same message from the Chinese local service provider, the number is not a valid number.
You can try dialling a different number, but it seems that one is not a valid number in China.
