I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience for my customized birthday gift order from **Diffren**.
I ordered a personalized birthday gift for my daughter, and it was shipped from Bangalore to Chennai through **Shiprocket**. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The delivery agent made **only one phone call** and, without making any further attempt to contact me or deliver the package, immediately marked it for **Return to Origin (RTO)**. This is unacceptable. Standard delivery practice is to make at least two attempts or contact the customer again before returning a shipment, especially for a prepaid customized order.
I made multiple calls to both **Diffren** and **Shiprocket**, but received no meaningful support or timely resolution. By the time I realized what had happened, the gift had already been sent back, causing us to miss my daughter's birthday. This was a special, customized gift that could not simply be replaced at the last minute.
I expected much better coordination between Diffren and their logistics partner. While the product itself may be good, the delivery and customer support experience fell far below expectations.
I hope Diffren reviews its partnership with Shiprocket and ensures better delivery practices in the future, including proper communication with customers before initiating a return.

I ordered a book on 10/07/2026, but as of 23/07/2026, I have still not received it.
Their courier partner, Shiprocket, is not making genuine attempts to deliver the package to either the customer or the seller. Instead, they keep providing fake tracking updates.
Even if we call and inform Diffrun, there is no proper follow-up. They simply say, "Our courier partner, Shiprocket, is the best in your area, so please wait for 15 days."
Then what is the purpose of ordering a gift if it cannot be delivered on time?
If you plan to order a gift for this year, you can be sure you'll receive it by next year.

The generated AI images dont change…
The generated AI images dont change even after using different pictures. The first generated AI picture will be displayed no matter what changes you do. Not worth the price for the image generating software they are using.
