Excellent product, loved by my grand daughter. Most cooperative staff, doing their best to fulfil specic requirements of the customer - I wanted delivery on my grand daughter's birthday and team diffrun did it within 5 days from the order date. Zoey loved the book. She loves animals so this was a perfect book for her. She feels part of the story which is the biggest win.

Packaging was disappointing
The book cover was folded and as i opted for hard bind the cover was broken. It made the book look old. Very sad and disappointed.

The minute I saw something like this being made, I wanted to gift one for my child. It's a good thoughtful idea and the book came out in all exciting colours and creations.
Only thing is the hairstyles are too different which is taking away the originality of the child. Otherwise it's an overall good idea for slightly higher price
