Having just built a new house and with a lot of beds to fill, I felt majorly overwhelmed with the prospect of planting them up. Following a Mediterranean theme, Fabienne designed a total of 12 beds in all, carefully selecting the right plants for each area. Nothing was too much trouble during the design phase (many emails back and forth) and once happy she sourced all of the plants and trees (of which there were many) and the team came and planted them all up for me.
In a world where we've unfortunately come to expect mediocre customer service, these guys are excellent. They clearly love what they do and it shows in the end result. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service and communication. Order process was super quick and easy. No hassle what so ever. The plants arrived in a mix of already bloomed and in bulb state so it will need some time to see how they grow in a few months but so far so good.

We are new to gardening, so had no idea what to plant in our bed. I feel lucky to have come across Dig Club when I did - it suited us perfectly. The team were helpful, and could work around an existing plant in the bed. Would wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family, and will use them again for our front garden!

What a fabulous business! I am delighted, Fabienne chose perfect plants and trees for my small garden and designed exactly where they should go. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, advising me gently on style and what would suit my garden. I'm willing the weather to warm up to see all the plants come to life. High recommend these guys - hard working and very good value 10/10!

We came across Dig online (rather than any specific personal recommendation) and ever since I first got in touch with Henry, him and his team have been great to work with. We got Henry and Alex to help us with the design of our garden, including the planting plan and finally the actual sourcing and planting of the plants themselves. Although a relatively small space, we are delighted with the result. They understood what we were looking to achieve and how it would complement the interior of our house (which we've just renovated). Hopefully come spring as the plants start to grow and mature the garden will get even better. Really like the concept of the company and wish them every success. Would definitely recommend.

Dig is such an innovative business idea & I was drawn to it immediately! I loved the process of working through a bespoke design for our garden, and after planting in late autumn, watching everything come to life in Spring and Summer was an absolute delight. We did a jungle theme on our shady side, and meditteranean theme on the side that gets all the afternoon sun, and both have thrived. The team were a delight to deal with, and all the information you receive about your beds is beautifully presented. I highly recommend Dig, especially for those who don't really know much about gardening but want to learn!

I rarely give reviews but the service from Dig was so remarkable that I had to. Henry was super communicative and helpful throughout the process. After the delivery, I gave some feedback and Henry was brilliant about discussing options and finding me a specific tree I wanted. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you either don't have the time or the inclination to do a lot of research and planning (e.g. if you've got young kids, haha!), the Dig service is a great way to get instant impact as well as longer term development of a garden bed with thoughtfully selected plants that suit your situation, for an excellent price. 100% recommend.

A wonderful personalised experience with the team going out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as we were after but also within budget. Fantastic work getting the garden clear and set up with sleepers promptly and beautifully. We were very demanding in terms of the plant design both aesthetically and for safety purposes with various pets and the team fully appreciated and took into account our concerns coming up with a fabulous well thought out design. After looking around at various different options to fill a newly created shaped border in our front garden, we decided to go with Dig.
We are not experienced gardeners, but like to be hands on, so Dig looked like the perfect option.
After originally ordering via the website for the size required, shortly afterwards we were contacted by Henry from the Dig team, asking a couple more questions. We then shared some pics of the space, and was decided that a bespoke design for the space was the best way forward.
The following week, Henry delivered the plants to us, and was immediately impressed by the variety and quality provided.
The plant pots are colour coded on the pots, and it was easy to follow the print-out plan to fill our space.
We had just over 60 plants in our project, and this to us just over 2 hours to finish. As this if for our front garden, we have already had many neighbours and passers by comment on how amazing it looks.
Just over 2 weeks later and the plants are already looking well established.
We’ll definitely by using Dig again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to transform their garden.

So pleased with my Dig Club plants. All the plants looked in great condition and Henry was so helpful pre delivery. He also laid the plants out in the design, so it was just a case of planting them in. Can’t wait to see them next year when they’ve settled in.

Pleasure to work with. As a new company (and early trial garden) it was great to work closely with the Dig team to help them develop their product and I’ve love seeing my garden grow and develop. I would never have had the confidence or knowledge or time to choose the plants for my garden but as a rental property it didn’t make sense to pay for full garden design. Dig’s offering allows you to grow your confidence in gardening with some helpful direction. Highly recommend!

I ordered the cottage theme and after a few weeks noticed the hydrangea wasn’t doing very well. Dig replaced and delivered a new one for me free of charge and so far have always been quick to get back to my email queries and provide advice and recommendations on how best to care for the plants. Great for someone like me who is new to gardening!

Henry was so helpful when delivering our beautiful bedding plants which arrived within 10 days or ordering them. They look incredible and our garden! I’m so happy and can’t wait to order more incredible plants to add to our now stylish garden.

Henry was very patient and clear as my wife and I dithered (read argued) about what to do with our new raised beds. Great advise and service overall and even delivered in person on a Sunday to ensure we had our new plants in for the end of the weekend. Will definitely be using again once we have the rest of the Garden in good health.

We are so happy with our little balcony garden that Henry at Dig expertly put together for us. He gave us advice on the kinds of plants that would both look great and also flourish on our rather exposed balcony area. On top of that he sourced all the pots and planters and everything was easy and well organised from costing to delivery. After delivery we also received lots of support from him about caring for the plants. We couldn't be happier!

Six years into a house renovation we have finally sorted out the garden and had a lovely bed laid out on one side. Having no idea what to put in it we were debating taking measurements to the garden centre and trying to buy it / design it ourselves as we thought a garden designer would be out of our budget, when we came across Dig (we found them online and paid in full). The design process was super simple, and enjoyable - in fact the whole process has been seamless. We opted for a bespoke classic design which was still incredibly cost efficient compared to hiring a garden designer - or even buying the pants ourselves at the garden centre - as even though we assumed for the price we’d have tiny pants that would grow next year we were amazed to get pretty mature plants that beautifully fill the space already - and Henry even came to plant them! We are all blown away and loved the entire experience. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
