As someone who values their auditory health, I recently underwent a comprehensive hearing test, and the experience was enlightening. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who guided me through the process. The test itself was conducted in a comfortable and soundproof room, ensuring accurate results.

The audiologist explained each step of the test thoroughly, putting me at ease throughout the examination. Various tests were performed, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, providing a comprehensive assessment of my hearing abilities.

One of the most beneficial aspects of the test was the personalised approach taken by the audiologist. They took the time to understand my concerns and addressed any questions I had regarding my auditory health. Took my 98 year old mother to Digiclear Bishop's Stortford to fix a broken hearing aid and have a much delayed routine check. Jas was brilliant - attentive and thorough, explaining everything clearly and reassuring at all times. She not only completed the repair and carried out microsuction but also gave Mum a full hearing test and reprogrammed the hearing aids. Mum is delighted with the results.

The Optometrist ( I hope I have his title correct) was so charming and explained everything. He had time for me to ask questions. I felt comfortable and relaxed. My results were fully explained. I have attended Digiclear for a few years to have microsuction and decided to take the plunge and have a proper hearing assessment with a view to ɓeing able to hear better in busy, noisier environment like a pub or restaurant. The hearing test was much more involved than I have had from the NHS and Jas explained the results in full and answered my questions clearly and she gave me an opportunity to try out demonstration aids which was very beneficial. At no time did I feel
under pressure to decide then and there. I would thoroughly recommend Digiclear for their friendly professionalism and their access to many different makes of hearing aids to choose from.

My recent experience is evidence and is the reason that 5 stars isn’t really adequate.

I was keen to try the new Signia Silk hearing aids. I have complete hearing loss in one ear and hearing in the other ear is supplemented with an aid. Sound awareness and direction is a huge issue for me and therefore the microphone aid in my deaf ear we hoped would help me.

It most certainly did and the difference with these aids is life changing. I have not had hearing in that ear for 30 years and whilst I still don’t it feels like I have. Initially the difference is overwhelming, however my hearing has improved beyond recognition. I no longer turn my head to one side to hear better or feel obliged to have a friend always on my good side. The confidence it has given me is immeasurable.

The new technology is worth every penny, particularly when Digiclear is the supplier. I was absolutely mortified when I had the misfortune to lose an aid whilst out walking after only a week of use and with the aids on approval! The kindness and care shown to me following this very upsetting incident was amazing and a replacement aid supplied to one very relieved client.

I saw Jude for a hearing test which was very informative. He then set me up with a trial period for the hearing aids. The service was first class throughout.

Had had problems with my hearing devices. Made appt with Digiclear within 48 hours, helfpul guy checked my devices, discovered one of the wires had packed up and the other one was only 'faint'. He replaced the wires (no charge) and now I can hear again!

Having previously spent 3 days using an olive oil earspray the actual wax removal took a matter of mi. My right rear didn't require any wax removal at all. My left ear took a matter of seconds to "vacuum ".
Painless and quick experience. Not sure if £80 is value for money given the rapidity of treatment.
