I had blocked ears for a few months, I had an appointment with Digiclear they were very professional and gave their expert opinion. I had the Microsuction which cleared my ears immediately and my hearing returned again. It has made such a difference to me I’m very grateful and would recommend Digiclear to everyone

I was unable to get earliest hearing test and pressure test done around Bishops Stortford, I was able get an earlier appointment with DigiClear Bishops Stortford.

I went into Digiclear deaf and came out hearing. Danielle spent almost an hour to ensure my ears were absolutely clear of wax and clean. I then had a very comprehensive hearing test and was fitted with trial hearing aids , I will definitely be buying them when my test is complete. Throughout the procedures Danielle was professional, kind and understanding. I highly recommend this business.

I have been more than pleased with the service I have received at Digiclear. I have had to pop back on several occasions recently to get my hearing aids adjusted. Went to Brentwood branch as I was unable to get a doctors appointment, I initially spoke to ? Lauren on reception who was extremely helpful, was quoted a price which I thought was expensive however I turned up and was seen by Robin who was very helpful and took time to explain everything.
I cannot praise the advice and service I received highly enough.
When it came to the time to pay I was only charged a fraction of the price I expected to pay I questioned this and was told that I was only charged for the service I received.
I would certainly recommend this practice and the staff to everyone.

2 recent appointments at County Hearing Care in Brentwood where I was attended to by Robyn and Danielle. They were both refreshingly friendly, thoroughly professional and attentive. A great service.

I was incredibly nervous about getting my hearing checked as that sort of thing normally scares me! Debbie made me feel incredibly comfortable and explained the whole process from start to finish! Thank you Debbie!

I attended County Hearing in Brentwood and found the whole experience to be excellent. I felt confident in the knowledge of the practitioner, she was patient, calm and explained everything. She made a stressful situation much easier.

My son was turned away from the Bishops Stortford clinic. He cannot wear a mask due to his illness. He carries an NHS exemption card. Both staff members were not wearing masks. Disgraceful service, rude unapologetic staff. Seems no other illness counts these days unless it’s COVID. Shameful.

I went to the Brentwood clinic with terrible pain in my ear and head from accumulated earwax. I was fitted in same day and had brilliant care from David and the team. They continued working on my ears beyond the allotted time and I left with no pain at all. Very professional and helpful.

I attended the above at Ongar Road to have my Earwax removed and found the experience to be very good, I felt that the company was very professional from start to completion of my treatment and would strongly recommend to others.

I have used Digiclear for a number of years now and the service has always been first class. When you purchase a hearing device from this business they really take the time and trouble to fully understand your needs and recommend the right aid for your hearing loss. Better still when things go wrong and your aid requires repair the team really go above and beyond to ensure it is returned to you as quickly as possible. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend.
