I had a bad experience with DigiCommerce. After taking the payment for Amazon handling services, the company stopped responding to my calls and messages. No proper service was provided. I am still waiting for a solution and refund. Customers should be careful before dealing with them.
Warning to Others – Very Bad Experience
I strongly advise people to be very careful before dealing with DigiCommerce. I paid ₹9,000 for their Amazon handling services, but after receiving the payment, their team stopped responding completely. There was no proper service, no updates, and no support despite repeated calls and messages.
It feels very unfair when a company takes payment and then ignores the customer. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about their professionalism and reliability.
I have already requested a refund, but I am still waiting for a proper response. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no option but to file a complaint with the consumer authorities for deficiency of service.
I am sharing this experience so that other people do not face the same problem. Please make sure to verify everything before paying them.

I purchased their account management package with high expectations, but it turned out to be a very bad experience. The commitments they made (ads, optimization, account health, brand registry, etc.) were never delivered.
Except for basic listing (which I myself had to correct), nothing was done. On top of that, they started forcing me to buy another package just to get a small extension. This clearly shows they are more interested in selling packages rather than actually working for your profit.
Now I realize that instead of wasting money on such companies, it is better to learn and manage your account yourself. No one will work for your growth the way you can.
I am writing this review so that others don’t fall into the same trap. Be very careful before investing your hard-earned money here.
I had also mailed many time their audit team for a refund that I don't want to continue with these services. But their audit manager told me that please continue. I will continue this package whenever you wish.

However, as time progressed, I encountered numerous issues that raised red flags. Communication was poor, with delayed responses and unfulfilled commitments. Financial transactions were particularly problematic; charges were applied inconsistently, and attempts to address billing errors were met with unhelpful or evasive responses.
Furthermore, the quality of their services did not match the advertised standards. Deliverables were frequently late, and customer support seemed more focused on evading responsibility than resolving issues.
If you're considering doing business with Digicommerce, I strongly recommend proceeding with caution. My experience suggests that their practices may not be as reliable or transparent as one would hope. It may be wise to explore other options to ensure that your business needs are met with integrity and professionalism.

This company is No.1 fraud company and they says No.1 company in the world. I paid 16k for Amazon flipkart and Jiomart. They did nothing . They said they will wok 1 hour daily and no response when I ask for update.Never ever join this company.
