I’ve been with Digital Accountant since 2025. I actually found Rita through her YouTube channel, and it immediately stood out how knowledgeable she is, the videos are super detailed, clear, and show a genuine passion for accountancy.

I was not impressed with conventional accountants and their exorbitant costs. Often support is only required at start-up and at certain times of the year, such as HMRC end of year company accounts submission etc. Also there are many online tools that can help compile and organise company accounts now and I wanted to be fully digital. So I looked for alternatives and found UK Digital Accountant Ltd. Our first meetings were very helpful and I was impressed with their approach and friendly support. I have more control over support and sensible costs. I found Rita and her team at Digital Accountant to be professional, knowledgeable (especially with changes to the tax laws and requirements) and experienced. It is early days still but, I would recommend this online company as a good alternative to conventional 'high street' accountants, especially for small limited companies like mine.

I had a first introduction call with a lady named Rita, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The conversation felt more like an interrogation than a customer-focused interaction. She repeatedly questioned my answers and implied that I was doing something wrong, despite this being our very first meeting.

What concerned me most was the way she made personal comments and seemed to approach the call with clear prejudice. Her behaviour was unprofessional to the point that I had to end the conversation. As non white person, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the call.

I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I would advise non-white individuals to be cautious.
