UK Digital Accountant Ltd Reviews

As a remote-first company, moving to a Digital Accountant was a great move that I wish I did sooner. Rita has proven to be meticulous and reliable, and I've not hesitated to recommend her services to friends.

Hi there! When I started, I had minimal expenses and wasn't making any turnover. I needed a practical solution and wanted to learn how to manage my books on the FreeAgent platform. Initially, I just needed someone to teach me the basics, and I found Rita’s videos on YouTube. They were fantastic but didn’t fully address my specific situation. So, I found her email and reached out to her directly. She quickly prepared my annual report and handled all communication with HMRC. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, especially beginners. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly well-deserved!

I recently had the pleasure of working with UK Digital Accountant for the registration of my Limited Company and VAT. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the level of detail and support provided. Rita was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions I had—and there were many! One of the standout features of their service is the video tutorials. These tutorials were a game changer, offering clear and concise guidance on topics that were initially challenging for me. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to work with UK Digital Accountant and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for comprehensive and user-friendly accounting support.

Rita is amazing, not only in what she's doing as a professional, but just as a human being. She trully cares about you and your business. I have praised her to all of my friends that I know might need a good accountant. And not only that she done amazing job with my tax returns, she also have helped me with my mortgage clients, that really made a huge impact on my clients lending chances. With Ritas help, I got mortgage for my clients, where other 5 mortgage clients could not help them before. Rita is simply the best :)

Rita has been absolutely amazing.
She has gone over and above to reach my deadlines, and communication is always prompt and helpful.
Thank you so much, Rita.

Hiya, I received multiple quotes from 'traditional' small accounting firms and the amounts were crazy for my startup - we were making no turnover and had very few expenses to begin with. I needed something fit for purpose, I also wanted to learn how to manage the books myself -- so to start I just needed a teacher. I turned to Youtube and started watching Rita’s videos – they were great but didn’t 100% match my situation so I found her e-mail and contacted her directly. I have been super happy working with her via video calls. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, especially if you are just getting started – but even if you are scaling and have a more complex business, I am confident Rita could help. I do not leave many reviews but in this case, it is well deserved!

Amazing company to work with.
I have been working with Rita an UK Digital Accountant close to two years now.
Always helpful and informative with all the questions you going to throw at her.
Helped me sort out the books and issues that previous accounts have caused.
Would definitely recommend lovely people and company to work with.

Digital Accountant has been the smartest move for me as a startup. There's enough to work out in business without having the jungle of accountancy to wade through. Ina. world where we now watch more than we read, the tutorials in the tax and accounting platforms out there, demonstrated by a professional who makes the knowledge very accessible was great & in fact was why I just went to pay them directly - Always a nice chat, jumps on to screenshare when I needed, tax returns, explanations... Excellent service. Not changing.

Rita, Cristina, and the entire team have been excellent since I signed up with them over a year ago.

Friendly and timely reminders for actions I need to take, are happy to answer questions, and (most importantly) they know accountancy inside and out. Highly recommended!

Rita and the UK Digital Accountant Team have been nothing short of outstanding!

They have an innovative, effective and highly efficient approach to accountancy! Utilising technology, proactively advising on accountancy practices and exceptionally quick and transparent communication! All things traditional accountants could learn from.

I couldn't recommend them more!

Rita and her team at Digital Accountant are exceptional. Rita is constructing a pioneering business poised to challenge the conventional, institutional accountancy firms. Her approach is highly process-driven; she effectively employs digital tools to automate bookkeeping reminders and ensure consistent updates. She even utilizes tools like Calendly, allowing for effortless scheduling of calls or meetings directly integrated into her diary. The name 'Digital Accountant' truly reflects a transformation in the processes of bookkeeping and accounting through digital innovation, not just remote work.

Rita and her team are knowledgeable, friendly, and always supportive of my business needs.

If you prefer spending excessively on traditional accountancy, grappling with outdated software, communicating through multiple account managers, and dealing with constant follow-ups and obscurities about your account charges, then Digital Accountant might not be for you. However, for those seeking a refreshing change, opting for Rita and her team will undoubtedly be a decision you won't regret.

As someone who's recently made the switch to my own business, UK Digital Accountant Ltd has been excellent during the transition. It helps that Rita has explainer videos or guides for almost everything you could think of. The whole team is exceptionally friendly, professional and informed. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had a great experience working with Digital Accountant. This must be the most organised business that I have ever worked with. All the reminders are set up perfectly, the process is explained clearly and I even get video tutorials with what I need to do.

The staff is always friendly and helpful when I have queries about my accounts. I can't recommend them enough. They deserve 6 stars!!!
