We cannot thank Dignity Pet Crematorium enough for the kindness, compassion and professionalism they showed during the passing of our beloved 17 year old dog, Maizie.
Losing a pet is incredibly painful, and from the very first conversation we felt supported and genuinely cared for. Every member of the team treated Maizie with dignity and respect, and they treated us with such warmth and understanding during a very emotional time.

The process was handled sensitively and clearly, with everything explained gently and without pressure. Knowing Maizie was in caring hands gave us real comfort. The attention to detail and the peaceful environment made an extremely difficult day just a little easier to bear.
We are deeply grateful for the wonderful care they provided and would not hesitate to recommend Dignity Pet Crematorium to anyone facing the heartbreaking loss of a much-loved pet.

When we arrived today to collect our cat Nelson, the owner stopped and spoke to us and our dog Benji. He was kind and sympathetic and showed us were to go and invited us to wander in the woodland area, where fur babies are laid to rest. The young lady who fave us Nelsons bag was very empathetic and spoke softly. Giving us peace that Nelson was truly treated with dignity and care. Thankyou.

We are so grateful to Dignity for the gentle care of our fur baby Ellie after her passing last week.
To start with, their website is easy to navigate and understand if you wish to use their services and the customer service representatives are courteous, sympathetic and very professional. You felt that they cared about your grief and were very patient when I just couldn’t get the words out through tears.
Everything happened at a pace I was comfortable with and every request was granted. I just know my Ellie was treated with care and respect whilst there.
The garden was beautiful and peaceful and whilst everyone who would need to go there would be there under horrible circumstances, their grief would be eased by the caring staff who work there.

Dignity Pet Crematorium were absolutely brilliant when it came to getting my little fluffy friend cremated. They took time to listen to my stories and love I had for my pet. They just took an interest in everything about the pet and didn't rush us or anything, we felt warmth and comfort knowing our pet was in good hands. The way we were treated began to let our hearts heal over the loss of our pet.

Dignity cares and they make the grieving process so much lighter.

I honestly cannot praise Dignity Pet Crematorium enough. The service my family and I have received over many years and especially over the past few months has been nothing short of exceptional.

I want to start by specifically mentioning Mel Ponting, the heart and face of the front of house team. From the very first interaction, Mel showed an incredible level of compassion, empathy, and understanding. At two of the most heartbreaking times of my life, she along with every single member of her team made the unbearable feel just that little bit easier to cope with. That is something I will never forget.

Every member of staff at Dignity deserves recognition from the back office team to the ground keepers. Every role is carried out with care, respect, and genuine kindness. You can feel that this is not “just a job” to them.

I have had the privilege of trusting Dignity with several of my beloved Rottweilers.

• In May 2015, my first Rottweiler, Coco, was put to sleep and cared for by Dignity.
• In November, my beautiful girl Chance became unwell, cancer was discovered, and she was put to sleep on 19th November.
• In January, my girl Chanel also became unwell, again cancer, and she was put to sleep on 6th January.

On each occasion, the compassion shown by Mel and her team was beyond anything I could have hoped for.

The Meadow Room is truly something special, it’s not clinical or cold, but a calm, peaceful sanctuary. It feels more like a spa than a veterinary room. The teams Vet who is also an incredible man and absolutely worthy of special mention creates a stress-free, calm, and controlled environment where your pet is put completely at ease before peacefully crossing the rainbow bridge.

One thing that meant the world to me was being allowed to stay with my pets from start to finish, from the moment they were put to sleep, right through to the final goodbye as they were respectfully placed into the kiln. Being there to the very end is the hardest thing you’ll ever do, but also the greatest final act of love you can give your pet. They take a piece of your heart with them and Dignity honours that moment with absolute respect.

Our family is also incredibly lucky to have a small plot in the beautiful woodland at the back of the Dignity property, where our pets’ ashes now rest peacefully. It is a stunning, tranquil place, and cared for immaculately.

More recently, Dignity were also entrusted with something even more personal. They are now able to accept human ashes and both my Nan (passed 15th July 2022) and my Grandad (passed 10th July 2025) now rest alongside our family pets. Mel and her team handled this process with the same dignity, compassion, and care they show to every family who walks through their doors.

Everything about Dignity is exceptional. They support you during the process, guide you through the hardest decisions, and continue to care long after. The respect shown to your pet and to you is second to none.

I have the utmost respect and gratitude for Dignity Pet Crematorium, Mel Ponting, and every single member of the team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve known Kevin and the team for nearly 15 years now, he has taken care of over 50 pet family members, (we rescue/adopt and offer a forever home). There are so many reviews already written about how amazing dignity is, all of which I agree with so I wanted to post my review about an amazing experience I had behind the scenes with Kevin which gave me so much comfort. Losing a pet family member is devastating as most people know, you give them all the love and care they need their whole life, but I needed to understand what journey my beloved pets took to reach rainbow bridge. On the day Kevin met us and gently shared his ethos on what he believed happens after our pets pass away, what a massive comfort his words gave us.
He then physically walked us through the whole process of when we leave our beloved furbabies through to when we collect their ashes. There was no rush it was all taken at our pace.
The compassion and kindness was so appreciated.
It certainly was a profound experience one which will stay with us forever.
The kindness and respect all the team show towards those little souls is amazing, clearly genuine and heart felt. The whole atmosphere was one of respect and serenity. I was especially touched when speaking to a lovely guy who truly understood the gravitas of his role and how he preformed it, giving every individual pet a verbal send off wish. Every single person we met were like rainbow bridge angels, everywhere we went was quiet, relaxed and respectful. It was beautiful to see all the teams own pets with them too.
I realise that a behind the scenes isn’t for everyone so on your behalf, rest assured, your love ones are treated in death the way you treated them in life with love, care and devotion.
One finally observation if ever there was a word to describe an ethos / vision. Then Dignity is that, Dignity by name and certainly Dignity by nature.
Kevin and your team, what you do is beyond any amount of riches, you complete the final act of our beloved pets with serenity and there simply isn’t the right words to express how important you are to so many families you touch.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My beautiful Labrador Freddy had to be put to sleep 2 days before Christmas and the staff at Dignity made the saddest time more bearable with their kindness and professionalism. From the moment they called to say that had Freddy safely with them to the moment I received him back home they kept in touch so I knew exactly what was happening. The paw print and fur clipping were beautifully done.
Thank you to every member of staff that looked after my boy. I will never forget your kindness.

Our much loved cat, Walt, left us on December 23rd this year. He had brought us much love and fun so we wanted to look after him well at the end. Dignity Pet Crematorium were recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The team there took immense trouble explaining everything and providing a quiet space for us. It really helped the family cope especially with Christmas celebrations so close.The care and service were 5 star. I highly recommend them.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog, Max, on 18 December. I knew immediately that I wanted a private attended cremation, and Dignity came up in an online search. The reviews were exceptional and the location was within easy reach of SW London.

For such a heartbreaking experience, I honestly could not have made a better choice. From start to finish, the team were respectful, kind and utterly professional. We felt that they genuinely cared about Max, understood how deeply loved he was, and how difficult this moment was for us.

The setting itself is peaceful and beautifully kept. When we returned to collect Max’s ashes, we were able to walk our other dog along the memory walk and through the woodland, which felt like a very gentle and thoughtful way to bring the process to a close.

If you truly adore your pet and want to know they will be treated with dignity, compassion and respect right to the very end, I cannot recommend Dignity highly enough.

This was my first experience with DPC and I had no idea what to expect from them. They had been recommended by my vet, so I wasn’t going into this cold. They were patient and explained every step of the process to me in advance, with real compassion and understanding.

I opted to have Puffin picked up from my house by them the next day, a private cremation a day or two after, and for the ashes to be returned to me as soon as possible.

All this occurred exactly as they arranged. The gentleman who came to pick up Puffin was genuinely gentle and sympathetic and treated her with such kindness and dignity that I was truly moved.

At each stage. I received texts, informing me of the next step, with messages of love along the way and her ashes arrived as scheduled yesterday.

I can’t speak highly enough of the company and all the employees I dealt with along the way. They made a terribly sad week into a manageable and almost spiritual experience for me, and for that I will always be grateful.

Brass tacks - for collection, private cremation and courier return delivery of Puffin in the most basic packaging cost me just over £300, which I considered most fair, for the above-and-beyond quality of the service provided to Puffin and myself. Even the most basic packaging came lovingly wrapped with a flower attached to it for good measure.

Having a place like Dignity supported me through the worst days of my life, when I lost my beautiful boy, soul-dog, best friend: Archie. I would use them and recommend them for such things again.

I was very worried to find the right place as it's the last thing you do for your pet, and you want them to be handled with as much care as you have done in their life. With Dignity, I found a place that was right for me and Archie.

LONG REVIEW FOR DETAIL:
I was supporting Archie through palliative care, so had time to prepare for the worst (in as much as you can get your head around these things). So I had time to read through the website, so I went to them prepared for what I wanted.

It took me until the day before it was needed for me to call Dignity, as I could not bear to make this phonecall. When I got through, the person on the line gave me grace as I cried at the start and was able to explain the situation. Each time I spoke to them across the days before and leading up to the service, the response on the phone was patient & understanding. Never business-like, always part of the process with me.

The lady who took my call to book in the Service arrangements and the add-ons I wanted for Paw Prints etc was WONDERFUL. Took lots of time with me, helped me make decisions, was completely empathetic and relatable. I did not get upsold to buy anything - I asked for the things I wanted (urn, paw prints, and a pendant), and that was it. Prices were clear throughout. My feelings of Dignity is they are offering a service, there was a lot of care around it all.

I elected to have Archie collected by Dignity from my local vets, and an Attended Service. This service type will not be for everybody, and maybe not even every pet you have. For me, this felt absolutely the right service for me and Archie. It's a huge reason why I chose to use Dignity as it provides time with your pet, alone, means you are part of the whole process and can be assured they are respected and looked after throughout.

Everything is explained well, and more than once so if you are overwhelmed at this time you have opportinities to change, ask questions, and tailor what you want.

Archie looked lovely and peaceful when I saw him at Dignity, they very clearly make sure of this, so if this part of the process is a concern for you, I can say my experience of seeing Archie again was positive for me and my friend.

We were supported well throughout the day, which is heightened emotions as you can imagine. I got to tell the young guy at the end supporting the final cremation about Archie because he asked me to tell him about him - which I wasn't expecting, and that was actually lovely because it ended with me talking about how wonderful Archie was, and it was nice to do that at such an emotionally-heightened part of the process. The Service was conducted with full respect and tone, it felt like a proper funeral service for me to say goodbye. Each part of the service was open for us to decide how we wanted it to go, so if you change your mind about something as it's going, you can change and be as involved or not in the proceedings.

The location and grounds are beautiful and impeccibly looked after. Each time I have been back since for collections, there have been groundspersons taking care of flowers, the gardens, and other parts. As it's now December, they even have respectful white lights and decorations around that made me feel like the souls are being part of the festive celebrations.

The initial collection of ashes and prints was well handled. They have everything labelled and in carefully presented bags and wrapped.

The items I ordered for prints all arrived safely, quickly, and were great quality. Again, Dignity played their part in presenting the items with care.

I would feel comfortable asking Dignity to support me through this process again in the future. Having now done the attended service and seeing how they are, I'd be comfortable trusting them to take care of a service even without me present in the future.

We have used Dignity twice now and I cannot rate them highly enough. The whole process from first contact to creating the farewell that was right for us to the collection of our precious fur-baby is all done with care and thought. All the staff are amazing and attentive and support you in your most difficult time. Thank you to everyone at Dignity for making the process so smooth

We wanted a very simple cremation for Ralph. Dignity collected him from our vet and contacted us. We used the online form to make our wishes for him known. We collected him the same day where we were shown the perfect level of compassion for us. He’s in a beautiful urn with his hair clippings and a tiny bunch of dried flowers. He sits on our side board.

I cannot rate Dignity highly enough. From the start they were kind, empathetic and responsive and did so much for us when things were hard to deal with. Lovely people and a professional service. I would not want my dog to have been anywhere else at the end.

I lost my baby Jeff on 21 Oct. My vet recommended Dignity to me. The staff are very caring, understanding that Jeff is my family member by calling his name Jeff when we mention about Jeff, Jeff's casket, Jeff's bed, Jeff towel, collect Jeff, bring Jeff here, etc.

They informed me by phone when they collected Jeff from my vet. On the cremation day, Dean explained the process to us in details gently. He gave us time to spend the last moment with Jeff in the room. I was heartbroken in front of the chamber, Dean and another staff waited for me, let me hug Jeff as long as I wanted to, he gave us plenty of time patiently. I will give more stars if I'm able to. It's a decent pet funeral company which treats my Jeff with care, I feel safe to hand in Jeff to them.

I had to say goodbye to my precious boy Vinnie at the weekend. I arranged for Dignity to collect him from the vet. I then arranged an attended service with the Dignity staff. I was able to spend time with my boy and cover him with his blanket and leave some treats with him. It was such a sad but peaceful time. I was then able to take him to the chamber myself. Before he was placed gently in the chamber, I was asked what Vinnie had been like and then they said a gentle prayer for him. At every stage Tracey and Dean checked how involved I wished to be. They explained every step we went through. At no point did I feel rushed and everything was done at my pace.
My boy was treated with care and respect and I am eternally grateful to the staff at Dignity, expecially Tracey and Dean. Being able to say goodbye and be part of Vinnie's journey was a privilege and I felt just a little bit of the grief leave my heart as I knew that in that final act my lovely Vinnie had been given the respect and Dignity which I would expect for any of my family.
