When I lost my beautiful whippet Iris last week, I was heartbroken. The kindness and sensitivity of the staff at Dignity throughout was exemplary. I’m so grateful for the way that they looked after us both. They gave me all the time I needed with Iris before she was cremated, and showed so much compassion and respect as I said my goodbyes. The gardens and woodland was a lovely place to wait for her. Thank you especially to Claire who was very kind and then came to find me when Iris’ ashes were ready. I would recommend Dignity to anybody looking for a caring team to help them through the shock and loss of a beloved companion.

If I could have given more stars I would have. I collect our beloved dog Eric today and from start to finish we were welcomed with compassion and understanding. A very calming voice at the end of the phone and fantastic communication. Thank you so much for looking after our Eric until he was ready to come home. You are all amazing!!!

I cannot speak more highly of this business, I’ve sadly had 2 dogs in recent years cremated, Staff are second to none, the grounds are beautiful, an amazing experience at such a devastating time.

I would give 10 stars if i could. We lost our beloved dachshund last week unexpectedly. It has been a horrendous time for us but Dignity have been wonderful to us from first contact through to collecting our girl today. They totally understand that a dog isn’t just a dog, it’s a beloved family member. Thank you so much.

All the staff were friendly and caring and treated our Rosie with care. We were pleased we were able to bring our other doggies to say good bye. The whole place and a feeling of peace and calmness. Thank you for providing us with the compassion and wonderful service. Tracey was really kind as well

Only a week ago I lost my beautiful Greyhound. Dignity's service has been outstanding. Polite, respectful and easy to arrange even in a time of grief.

It's been about 6 weeks from saying goodbye to my little lady, Mitsie J. Dignity were a great source of comfort and assurance that she would be treated in a respectful caring manor, from my call to her being collected , a few queries in-between. Their care and compassion didn't faulty.Thankyou. She was carefully returned home ,this being the longest time apart in 15 years . For now we have parted in the physical, this farewell process was made so much more manageable from Dignity , from myself and Mitsie Thankyou.

I cannot thank Dignity enough for their kindness and compassion when we recently lost our dog Ripley. Everything happened very quickly and we were in shock when I made our initial call to Dignity. I spoke with Zhivi who was incredibly kind and patient. Zhivi immediately put me at ease and kindly arranged for the vet Fred to contact us to arrange the euthanasia. He stayed late to make sure we had spoken to Fred and everything was put in place for the following day. We were met at the crematorium by Fred who very gently led us through what to expect. The Meadow Room was peaceful and gave us the opportunity to spend Ripley's last precious moments in a calm and beautiful environment. Fred was so kind and gentle with Ripley and his passing was completely painless thanks to Fred. The entire staff at Dignity are amazing, I truly don't know how they do the job they do but am forever grateful that they do. When we collected Ripley's ashes everyone we met was thoughtful, respectful and showed empathy for our grief. In what was a really awful time for us, Dignity made it a peaceful and calm experience for us. I cannot thank all the staff at Dignity enough and will recommend that at every opportunity I have.

I lost Loulou unexpectedly. To have one last time with her in such peaceful surroundings meant everything to me and is helping me to get through her loss

I can not thank Dignity enough for taking such good care of my beautiful girl Frankie. Right from the start the team went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. Every team member was so kind, caring, compassionate and treated my girl with such respect. I will only trust Dignity with my beloved babies.

We couldn’t have wished for a better service for our beloved bulldog Roza. From start to finish, the team at Dignity Crematorium showed genuine compassion and professionalism.

Jeremy was an absolute gem—patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking and the process of selecting wishes. He carefully explained each step and made sure I understood all the available options, which was so important at a time when it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by grief.

As we had chosen the attended service, we were able to be with Roza every step of the way—which meant so much to us. Tracy and James took such good care of us and Roza. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured; everything moved at a respectful, gentle pace that allowed us to say goodbye in our own time. The location itself is beautiful and peaceful, which added to the sense of calm and dignity we felt throughout.

Losing a pet—especially one who is truly a member of the family—is heartbreaking, but we felt supported and respected every step of the way. Thank you for helping us give Roza the farewell she deserved.

I have been bringing my pers to Dignity for 30+ years now. I recently bought Ruby Walsh to you, my most adorable blind frenchie who I rescued 8 years ago. I keep coming to Dignity because I know you are so very kind and respectful. Things gave changed over the years and all those changes have been improvements. You are amazing and I cant thank you enough for being there for us.

Having just lost our beloved cat of 24 years, we were unsure about who to trust when it came to the final farewell. Dignity was recommended to us by our vet and we could not be more pleased. Everyone we dealt with at Dignity was kind, respectful and helpful. At a very difficult time, they ensured everything ran smoothly, without stress or long waits. From the start, Dignity provided lots of good, practical advice about how to deal with the burying/cremation process, and more importantly, remembering your pet. They appreciate the fact that our pets are a much loved part of the family and therefore are especially helpful if children are involved. We took the option to go to the facility ourselves (though they can also collect your pet if needed) and thought that the actual crematorium was lovely. The grounds were beautiful, with well kept flower beds, immaculate facilities and a beautiful historic kiln structure (which is being restored). There is also recognition of eco concerns. It was well worth the journey. They really made our last moments with our lovely cat Phil special - it was as if we were the only ones there and their only focus. They really did think of everything, and were there every step of the way. We really cannot recommend Dignity more highly.

Such a lovely place and a lovely service my beautiful Lady was treated so well with love and respect and I chose to have the attended service which meant I got to stay with her right up until and she got the service she so deserved before the very end a lovely prayer was said for her too and today I got to bring her back home I chose to have a lovely paw 🐾 print too and a pendant with her ashes which I will wear always so she will always be with me I can’t thank dignity enough they talked me through everything and made sure everything was perfect for my beautiful Lady

Words cannot entirely express our gratitude to Dignity for everything they have done for us and our beloved cat, Nimitz.
From picking him up from our vet to looking after him and returning him to us Dignity acted with support, respect and kindness. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything from them. We will be forever grateful to them for making an incredibly difficult time a little easier. Thank you Dignity.

We had to have our much loved 13 year old mini schnauzer PTS on 6th July 2025. The vet hospital arranged for Dignity to come and collect him and the following day Jeremy from Dignity called to let us know they had our fur baby safely at the crem.
Jeremy talked us through the process, helped us to order the items we wanted to buy as keepsakes, and kept in touch with us until we were sure we had ordered the right items and all instructions were clear. He was professional, kind, caring and compassionate throughout. When we went to collect the ashes today, the member of staff (sorry didn’t notice her name) was so lovely and kind. And very respectful. She unpackaged the items so we could see everything and explained how to put the photos in etc. The location is very peaceful and calm and the staff are so very good at relieving some of the stress that inevitably arises during such a difficult time. I would highly recommend this crematorium – for their excellent service, their clarity and transparency on pricing, and their total compassion and kindness.

After the heartbreaking and sudden loss of my beloved Frenchie, Pablo, who had been my absolute world for five wonderful years, I was devastated and dreading the painful process of his cremation. The hospital where he was ‘The Ralph’ were the ones who first put me into contact with Dignity Pet Crematorium and for me it was best decision made during such a difficult time.
From the moment they contacted me, their compassion, patience, and genuine care were evident. They took the time to truly listen to my wishes for Pablo, respecting every detail and treating him with the utmost dignity and love.
Every step was handled with exceptional attention, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. In a moment filled with grief, they provided comfort, understanding, and a sense of peace that I will forever be grateful for. Dignity Pet Crematorium made an unbearable experience more bearable, and I cannot thank them enough for the care they showed my sweet Pablo.
