Spoke to Ella today to sort out my Boundless membership to Dine.
She certainly sorted me out very quickly and explained things clearly.

Had some questions about the service and spoke to Tayne on the phone. He fully answered my questions in a very nice manner and simplified what I needed to know. Thanks.

Tayne was very helpful assisting us with the app - sadly none of the restaurants we chose to call today were accepting the card but our local Loch Fyne still does so that will be our next lunch out

I could not down load your app on my phone for some reason.So I contacted you and your adviser arranged for someone to contact me to arrange getting a card all went well very good service all round .Thankyou

I wished to activate my new membership through Boundless but the system wouldn't accept it as I had an existing membership which I thought had lapsed. Ella sorted out the problem so I'm now up and running with the new membership. Thanks Ella.

After becoming a Dine Club Member I was unsure how I got proof of membership for the restaurants & Sol at Dine HQ was very helpful in explaining how it all worked & how to produce proof of my Dine membership. Well done Sol & thanks.

As I was unable to download the DINE app, Ella and Tayne sorted out my application satisfactorily. Ella could not take my payment due to the constraints of home working.

I received an invite to join the Dine Club through my Boundless magazine. As a older lady who lunches - it is a treat to be a member.
I spoke to Twayne - a member of the team- as my phone has not the facilities to download the app. He very patiently explained that a card would be sent to me as an alternative, and today I have received the said card. It was just lovely to talk to and correspond with a caring young gentleman

Tayne was very patient and helpful with getting me signed up to use Dineclub.
