However, with our experience and knowledge, we remained confident that you had a good claim and that we could place the matter, so we're delighted that we've been able to do that!
Solicitors take different views on cases for various reasons and whilst we wouldn't try to place a claim that didn't have merit, our system enables us to seek 2-3 opinions on cases if needed and we often find that this allows us to place cases.

Ian was and is absolutely brilliant. He's not pushy and he makes me feel totally at ease when speaking to him. He explains everything properly and doesn't use fancy words to try and confuse me. Most of all he doesn't pressure you to use them ,he gives you plenty of time to mull things over and talk to your family and friends. I'd definitely use this firm again and would recommend them 100%
