Alicia was excellent at keeping me informed at every stage, even though we had the portal, she was great at emailing too. She had a no nonsense approach, honest and transparent. Will be using her services again hopefully in the near future. I recommend her highly.

As a first-time buyer there's so much that's unfamiliar and a lot of horror stories - I didn't experience any of this with Alicia. Jake oversaw the sale of my mother’s house and I have been very please with the level of service.
I was kept up to date at every stage of the sales process and if I did have a question, Jake always took my call or came back as soon as he was free.
Administration was kept straightforward and on-line wherever possible.

Alicia has provided an excellent service for my recent sale/purchase as well as my mums sale. From the outset Alicia provided clear guidance and offered support where needed. She was always easily contactable and responded to any queries really quickly. She was able to deal with the inevitable issues that arose and did so calmly giving plenty of reasurrance as our stress levels rose. She demonstrated a wide knowledge base and took every hurdle in her stride. Her estimated bill didn't alter as we reached completion (2 years ago a family member had their conveyancer bill almost double without notice, (not with Larringtons)) so we were relieved that didn't happen to us. Despite the whole moving house process not being particularly pleasant, Alicia has been so easy to work with and I felt supported by her throughout. I'd definitely recommend her and her team for anyone looking for competence, efficiency and value for money.
