Not received the item yet but so far the experience has been quick and easy. Excellent having free shipping, which most companies don't.

I only placed my order on Sunday & so pleased that it was delivered a few minutes ago today. Excellent price too & free delivery. Will certainly order again regularly

The company's customer services were excellent in sorting a problem I had with the Post Office and Amazon with a product I ordered via Amazon.
I had order 2 x 1 litre containers, which the Post Office damaged in transit. Instead of the Post Office resolving the problem with the company, they delivered a tracked Amazon jiffy bag with a Post Office letter inside saying the product had been damaged and to contact rather customer services department.
After holding for over 30 minutes I was told a member of their complaints team would contact me via email with a complaint reference number. When I had not received it by the following day I again waited over 30 minutes on the phone, only to be told I had been given the wrong instructions the previous day and I needed to contact Amazon.
I then had a serious problem negotiating the Amazon website as, because the post office delivered a tracked jiffy bag with just a contact letter, from Amazon's end the product had been delivered. Consequently, I was sent around in continuous loops on the Amazon website.
I will be complaining to Amazon about the Post Office as they were giving misinformation, presumably as to not affect their performance record with Amazon.
In my frustration I contacted the seller who I am reviewing. The customer services representative was brilliant. I explained the situation and she immediately informed me that a new order would be generated and they would sort it all out their end.
I duly received my package within 48 hours.

Best prices for hospital grade wipes. Does the job for what I need it for as a dialysis person. These are very handy to have around. If you have ocd this is the product you’re looking for. Clinnell hospital grade wipes. Love it.

Some good value items but almost always when I pay for expedited "next day amazon delivery service " if ordered before 4 it usually takes several days so don't bother shelling out. If you're in a hurry, just go to amazon directly and pay more but you'll actually get the items.

After a delivery was cancelled due to damage in transit.I notified direct4pet .they sent me another one on next day delivery.

Ordered enzymes for dog. Was charged and order cancelled by them but no money returned week in. Keep chasing but all they can say “it can take a while”. Don’t understand why they are letting people place an order for something they don’t have.

Nearly a week but I’m waiting for my purchase still, I placed order on 26/4.
Monday 28/4 got email said it was dispatched, few days later I’ve checked Evri tracking app but nothing update just they are expecting the parcel from the shop, but the shop said they have sent it to courier. Can I cancelled my purchase? Bad experience ever of buying stuff from online shop. If trustpilot has Zero star I would do that👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
