Very professionally handled and talked me through all steps as a controlled drug for my dog, my vets hadnt done perscription correctly but the team and pharmacy at Pets Online sorted everything so that my dog's epilepsy drugs arrived in time. I can't thank them enough and the price too was so much better than vets! 5 star!

Items were sent out in a timely manner. However, the postie decided to deliver them to another address. We never received them despite putting out a shout on our local Facebook page.
I called Pet Drugs Online and they sent out a new batch that arrived 2 days later, to MY address. No hassle. Very pleased with their response. Royal Mail really need sorting out!!!
