They don't stock enough of the sizes…
They don't stock enough of the sizes and it's ridiculous. My son is 12 and they have been out of almost every size item he needs for months. They even removed the XS size from the PE kit after being out of stock for months. No im left trying to find all second hand kit. It is their business to have sufficient stock so that kids can get their uniform when needed and they just don't.

We appreciate you bringing the stock issues to our attention. We are sorry that you have been unable to find the sizes needed for your son's uniform. We are looking into the availability of sizes and the PE kit XS issue to improve our stock levels.
Expensive shipping fee
Uniform items were a bit pricey,
Bought a necktie for 10pounds then had to pay shipping of 5pounds .
Maybe to some ,this was still OK.. but for me..it's on the expensive side

We're sorry to learn that you are not pleased with the shipping costs associated with your order. We have worked hard to keep our costs down for delivery, since the school took the decision to close the onsite shop.
We have a free delivery option available during term time. If the order is placed before midnight on a Sunday the order, subject to the items being in stock, will be ready for collection from school reception on the Wednesday of the same week.

Very poor quality jumper
Very poor quality jumper. It’s a very poor synthetic material and quite rough to wear. We are only going with it because of the school logo and colour, otherwise, it does not offer good value at all. The return charges are high, and the refund process takes ages. I am still chasing the refund.
