Great Communication and overall great service, would highly recommend.

Very helpful had to wait a bit for my flooring but they were very good at letting know it came back in looks good quality not got it down yet as iam waiting for my floor man to be free

I haven't yet received the flooring, so I will no doubt update this, but I can report that Matthew Haestier, is a thorough, professional, courteous and proactive salesman, whose conduct very much influenced my choice, but their 35 years warranty is another factor that influenced my choice. I believe the Company will deliver a quality product and great service, but will update when it's been installed and I have had the choice of seeing how it "settles".

Easy to order online and when i needed to contact them via phone regarding the delivery they were very helpful and phoned me back with regular updates to confirm a delivery time.

Extremely helpful and supportive and went the extra mile on customer satisfaction with deliveries as the goods were heavy but still brought them in for me and placed where needed. Would order from them again

Great flooring, recommended. Ordered a few samples to begin with until we decided on the herringbone flooring we wanted. Always had prompt replies off Matthew with any questions I had. When I placed the orrder it said delivery in 4-5 days, but had an email that afternoon saying it was coming the next day. You cant go wrong with a company that provides service like this.

The Cargo Oak Herringbone flooring we purchased looks absolutely amazing. We’re all so pleased with it. Our joiner told us it's one of the best he's seen when it comes to quality and also a delight to install with no issues whatsoever. Ordered some flooring and paid the extra for next day delivery. Got a mail to say they could not do next because the courier had problems, would they day after be OK. I was happy with that. Without my saying anything they credited the next-day sum back to me. On arrival some of the Scotia had been damaged in transport, so I sent them a photo. The next day I had a complete replacement set. Wonderful service! And the product looks good as well!

From ordering samples to receiving the delivery the service and support have been great. The vinyl plank flooring has been laid in our new loft bedroom and through into the bathroom and looks brilliant. I am so pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate to order through these guys again!

Ordered multiple batches of parquet from here. Really helpful, quick delivery and lovely quality product at a great price. Parquet looks amazing when laid and I can’t wait to continue the project through the house via directflooring.
