Have emailed customer support 3 times and still have not had a response. Was not sent a tracking number and order has been in transit for 20 days now. Tried the online chat numerous times and have not had a response there either.

Definitely thinking any reviews above a single star are fake. Absolutely rubbish company and will happily tell everyone else the same thing.

The best clothing website I’ve ever shopped in. They have good prices and their sizes are spot on and well described. The shipping is very quick and comes in a few days. I’ve shopped here many times and I have no complaints

If I’m being honest, from reading the reviews on here I thought I wasn’t getting a shirt after I ordered it and then I requested a refund right away and with my suprise they gave it to me. Therefor from my experience I believe that the site is legit and I recommend it.

Han anyone been able to cancel an order before it’s been processed?

I ordered a kit 5 months ago, never received it. After more that a dozen emails to their non-professional customer support, I now have to pay extra money so they send me the shirt.

Horrible shopping experience.
Worst customer support that I contacted in my life.

It seems like a scam website
I placed my order on November 2022, after two months I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They told me that it will be arriving any day now, I never received the order. And their customer support is ignoring my email since.
Very bad experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THOSE SCAMMERS ! Absolute scam, i have ordered a t-shirt in October 2022 !!! When i wrote them that i havent received my order, they sent me a tracking page and on it, you can see 10-15 places that your "order" have traveled. including China, Germany, France and so on. They were supposed to deliver my order (which was fully paid) to an address in Germany, that i use for everything and never had problem with. I wrote to DHL as well, because they said its their fault, but it turns out - its not, its the sender. Wrote again in January and they supposedly send a "new order" again. In late February and early March i wrote them again, saying i didnt received it...AGAIN...! They send me a new tracking number, again in China with a last delivery somewhere in Germany gone wrong and send back to sender again. Its a scam, they are wasting your time with tracking info in order for you to not get your money back with the transfer. STAY AWAY !!!

Orded 3 shirts which arrived after 2 weeks. One of the shirts was incorrect so I contacted support. I was told they had supply issues and to wait until 30th Jan. I have tried to contact them via email and on the chat section but not getting any reply!!!!

I waited from 21 dec 2022 to 9 feb 2023 for an Arsenal jersey to be shipped to Romania. Also an aditional 6 € in taxes at the post office . The material is very thin, the logo and the brand's name are off, you can tell it's a bad fake from quite a distance. It's a 10€ replica at max.

It's taken several prompts and emails to be told that I didn't put my full shipping address on at the time that I made the purchase! Why would I not put the FULL address on (not on Post Code look up so, has to go in manually every time that I make a purchase) This company can't generally be contacted. Answers are always late at night UK time so, certainly not in the UK. As the Post Office didn't deliver it's my fault.....

Its a Scan. I bought Argentina kit and didnt received after almost 2 month. It was for a christmas gift and didnt received.
Im sad not because I didnt received the Jersey, Im sad because there is this linda of propõe in this world. Doint damage to other human beings.
It cost me 50€ this order, and I could give something better to my son.

Really slow delivery, I had to wait a month and a half for the shirt. On top of it I had to pay to the postman 5£ as customs taxes. If I had previously kown all this I wouldn't have made the purchase.

I purchased an Arsenal Martinelli kit because of their sale and free shipping. It was only like $31 and I ordered it with my credit card so I could dispute the charge as it clearly had to be a rip off.

I got my kit in 3 weeks. It's not a knock off. It's legit. It fits true to size. I am honestly shocked. I have ordered another kit from them because of this good experience.

Do not listen to the bad reviews on here i order a liverpool shirt on the 10th of October i hadn't received within 10 days emailed and they emailed me straight back telling they had stock issues i finally received it today 29th October in a nike bag and with orignal tags so this site is not fake if it was i wouldn't have never recived it
