So so so fake. All the good reviews on here are fake accounts and you can tell by clicking on the users with more than 1 review, and they’re on similar pages/duplicates a few months apart. They also mostly ALL come from different countries which is very rare as I’m sure the advertising is not global. They probably did this to ensure the fake accounts being set up looked obvious. I then decided to test this and bought a 50% off shirt and needless to say it has been over 2 months, with several emails sent from me that have had no responses, I am still topless. It’s not the £30 that matters, but why scam people what a bunch of lowlives.

It has been more than a THREE MONTHS! I still have not received a response regarding the purchase I made.

I made a purchase of a Real Madrid shirt on June 13
Order No. 11399 and it said that my order would arrive the first week of July.

It has been more than four months and I still have not received my order.

I am checking the page to track the order and there has been no update on my order since August 8, it is October and it still has not arrived.

I Ordered on 31/07 and it’s still not arrived (no surprise) do some research and you will see this Directfootballkits on appeared on here in July this year. Their website has fake Instagram and fake fb reviews- just try and find their FB or Instagram. Constant emails saying “it should 100% arrive by …” always a different 100% date. Fake Royal Mail tracking number that obviously doesn’t work. Josh McCatty owner LOL please don’t fall for it like I did as now have to go through the fraud process with my bank to get my money back. When something seems too good to be true it usually is. This is how they draw you in with really cheap items. It’s all a SCAM they have changed their name from directfootball SHIRTS to directfootballKITS just so they can continue with the scam a little longer as the shirts one is absolutely flooded with scam reports and reviews. I hope this review will stop as many people as possible but they will pop up again and again. I’ll be keeping an eye out.

I placed the order on the 19th July, which said to expect my order within 8-12 days. I chased and on the 11th august was told they had lost my order and needed to replace it due to a systems issue. I asked when should I expect to receive the shirt and have never got a reply since. No way of me knowing if it will ever arrive and feel my moneys just been taken.

Still not received items. This company is a scam! Have requested refund from credit card company.

The kits are very clean and of good quality.

Shirts are of high quality, and delivery time is quick. There is a wide range of products to chose from, and the customer service is great too with quick response times.

These guys fixed all of my problems (continental delivery) without hesitation. Will definitely order from them again.

I have emailed this company 3 times this week and not a single reply. I have now asked to cancel the order and unsurprisingly no response. Very poor communication, very poor company. I am now thinking I have been done out of my money.

I don't even feel this site deserves a 1 but it won't let me pick 0 stars. Ordered my football top on the 28th of June and now its the 21st of July no top, aslo customer service is shocking they don't care they loose items etc. Awaiting a refund as they said they'd give me one today let's see if that happens. I definitely think direct kits is a scam. Disgusting service all round
