My order came very quickly and the hockey boots didn’t fit my son just right so we arranged an exchange for a larger size which was easy to organise and also came quickly with no postage charge. Their website was easy to use and good service.

Easy access website, good quality product and fast service

I placed an order and used next day delivery. When the item arrived it was flawed. One quick phone call with a follow up email and photograph of the problem and a returns label was issued by Direct Hockey. After I provided proof the parcel had been posted a new bag was dispatched using next day delivery. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

It was our first time ordering from this website and l was truly impressed by the wide variety of sports equipment and with plenty of sales.
My daughter loved the hockey and shin pads she chose..looks like excellence quality products.
Also items were in secure package and arrived in time.

We have had an awful experience, ordered two sizes of hockey shoes for our child to try, they did not accept our return for the size that did not fit and sent it back saying there was a stain on one of the shoes. We made our return in the original condition it was sent to us, unworn. When questioned, the customer service person was rude, abrupt and accused the shoe being marked by using the other (clean) shoe to take it off, furthermore she said the ecommerce manager would contact us when she can as she is busy! Interestingly, I can see another customer has had a similar experience. Avoid this company, it does seem suspicious returns aren’t given as the item is ‘dirty’ which makes me wonder if they are actually doing this themselves to avoid giving a refund? Stay clear if expecting a refund without hassle.

Awful service, extremely unhelpful. System autocorrected my address. Item posted to wrong country but no attempt to help resolve it. Rude response on email.
Subsequent response states I put my address in wrong to avoid a postage charge- considering I can’t retrieve my item Id hardly put in the wrong address to avoid postage- knowing my parcel will end up in wrong location. Ridiculous response from Direct Hockey. Steer well clear of them.

Wrong size shoes. Ordered a pair of size 8 hockey shoes. Order was acknowledged quickly as size 8. Delivery was prompt and efficient but size 9. I am now navigating the convoluted process to generate a return label. It would be much better if it could be included with the delivery in case of need.
