I paid for postage as I didn't know what one to pick as I had a few options so obviously I picked the cheapest, the company then came back and wanted more money for postage. If this is the case the company is needing to sort their website out. I paid more money for something I could of got cheaper elsewhere. I am disappointed with my experience and I certainly will never shop with this company again, I'd advise anyone before sending money get them to send you an invoice with the total and don't get ripped off like what I did.

Product easy to find on web site delivery prompt and kept up to date with its progress very satisfied

I recently ordered 2 Christmas gift packs from Direct Pick and on receipt one of the packs was damaged with broken glass spread across the contents. The packaging was obviously not sufficient to prevent damage going through the Royal mail sorting system safely. On contacting the company by email a helpful employee called Jassi contacted me offering both an apology and a replacement package. The parcel arrived within 48hours in perfect condition. Great customer service above and beyond that expected. I will certainly be using this company again.

I’m very satisfied with the product that I bought, but it took at least 2 weeks to arrive, and there was a lot of unpaid postage unpaid.i wouldn’t choose this company again.

Sent me 3 damaged items in which I provided photos evidence for, was promised a refund on a specific day then when it did not happen their response was ‘we have doubt’ I ordered 9 of these products absolutely shambles of a company

Good website and fairly easy to navigate, had the best value price for the Pot-mate bases, at the time. Delivery was within dates stated. The product themselves are just what I wanted they're stable and stylish (if you can call them that). Thanks

The first 3m of the roll was damaged in that, probably during transportation something had jagged into the roll. The quality of the bubble plastic wasn't the best in that it felt thinner than other makes I have bought.

The service was good but the products delivered did not match the website images. Unfortunately, the ones supplied are far inferior and not much use.

Ordered on the 23/10. Royal Mail said it had been delivered, it was not so had to re order with another company it turned up on the 7th November.

The postage was as expensive as the product and slow.

We had to pay extra postage to the ‘Royal Mail ‘£3.50 which we hadn’t expected. As far as we were concerned we’d already paid the postage.
