I have been dealing with Direct Roofing over several months now and I find everyone really helpful. I find that dealing with the same people and not a huge amount of different staff is really refreshing and their knowledge of the products they manufacture is second to none.

i have used DRS from the moment they started trading, i use them for all my aluminium products, primarily bifold doors, they offer great communication, great product insight along with exceptional customer service.

I have used roofing systems direct for years and their customer service is amazing. Also design of the bi-folds, windows and skypods are great.

Have been using DRS for 10 months now probably had 50 + bifolds/sliders from them in that time: Customer service and communication all great and done in a warm and friendly manner, delivery times and quality fantastic too. When things go wrong they don't go AWOL either and help you get it sorted as quickly and quietly as possible.

We have used DRS for various projects over the past 5 years .They have always been a fantastic company to deal with , and the quality of products turned out has always been first glass.
