Excellent service. The two engineers Hugh and Ben could not have been any more efficient and professional in locating and dealing with a pressure fault in my system followed by a complete and thorough boiler service. I would highly recommend.

RGM Heating installed underfloor insulation and additional attic insulation in our house. All work was completed to a high standard in one day by Ian, David and Liam. Everything went as planned and we feel that the house is warmer than before. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Operative Bryan arrived promptly, conducted the required work in an expedient manner. Was pleasant, helpful and quality of work conducted to a high professional quality. Respectful of property and cleaned up well afterwards. Price for work undertaken very reasonable for this company.

We would highly recommend this company. Brian ,Reece & Ben replaced our whole heating system last week. Absolutely delighted with the result. professional service from start to finish. All polite , respectful young men . We moved out for two nights and came back to a lovely warm home and no mess. They even put our carpets back down. Explained in detail how the system worked. We also had loft insulation installed by Graham on the last day. First class job and another lovely young man. All the work done has made such a difference to our home. Had full lagging and boarding put in loft this week,Steven and Graham(apologies if names spelt incorrectly),were top rate,respected property,polite,explained everything all along the way,and worked really hard.Job has made such a difference to the warmth in our home.Carried out with no bother.

The men who came to do the work were efficient and respectful. They kept me informed as to what was going on and explained what they had done. Everything went according to plan.

David and Graham have just finished our underfloor insulation. They were extremely hardworking and helpful! They showed us photos of our sub flooring before they started the job, and photos when the job was completed. We’re delighted with the service provided by the company and would highly recommend.

Hugh and Grant installed a replacement radiator today. They were very professional and did a great job, tidying up afterwards also. Happy to recommend.

RGM installed a new boiler for us and a Hive system. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the system working properly. One email to RGM and the next day an engineer turned up and in no time got us up and running.

Excellent job by Kev and Dave on my house in the attic removing old insulation, dismantling and removing 2 old water tanks and installing 2 layers of new insulation. Very quick and all waste removed also with no mess.

From initial contact to actually getting the work done, has been an easy process as everyone I've contacted has been friendly, helpful and efficient. Kev & Dave got the work completed quickly and with minimum disruption. Everything was left clean & tidy when they finished.
I would definitely recommend them.

RGM have been fantastic from first contact.
The radiators and boiler installation was done in a day. When they left you wouldn't know they had been,
very tidy! Everything works as it should and has made a massive difference in the temperature in the house.

The guys were brilliant very clean and tidy. Everything was so smooth from the first call from the office right through to the inspection once the job was complete. Brian and the team that done the install were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was put back the way the guys found it. We had a full heating system replaced. We are really delighted with the new system. The engineers were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, quick and they even cleaned up after the job had finished. They took time to explain how the new heating system worked and nothing seemed too much bother for them.

The communication was excellent too, and all appointments were kept.

This was an annual boiler service. As the boiler is in the garage I just left them to it. They were professional and polite and when finished they pointed out a small defect which was later fixed on warranty. Have used RGM for the past 4? years and will continue to do so.
