We have traveled a number of times to Florida and have never used Andy before. We were recommended him by numerous others and I can see why, excellent communication, excellent service. We hired a sat nav and this came a whole week before it was required which is Gold Star service, there was no worrying that it wouldn't arrive in time.
We have booked our next car with him less than a week after returning home. We will continue to use if we get this fantastic service.

First time using Florida discount car hire. We have been to Florida the past 8years and booked through travel agents but this time was recommended Andy Stevens at Florida discount car hire through the it’s orlando time Facebook page. The process was easy and they even threw in a free sat nav (just paid £15 for postage).
We booked a full size SUV and hire was through Alamo so was able to use skip the desk and check in online before heading to Florida. Car was great and service from Andy was excellent and answered any questions we had.
Definitely use again.

Was recommended DFCH by a friend & what a great recommendation it was. Cheaper than all the car hire sites that I visited. Hassle free booking & with free Sat Nav, which was received on time week before I went Florida. Andys website is informative & full of info to keep you right. Would defo use again & again & again.

I have used Andy many times to rent cars in Florida, never had any Hassle - BUT - this year decided on a road trip to cover Chicago, Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, and returning to UK from Atlanta Georgia. This trip spread over 3 weeks, starting from Downtown Chicago not from Airport pick-up.
Had e-mail conversation with Andy, who presented 2 options, selected Hertz as that pickup 5 minutes walk from our hotel location.
Collected car, 7 seater Dodge Caravan, choice for 4 adults, 4 large cases, hand baggage and comfort. Returned to drop-off at Atlanta International Airport, 3 weeks, 3000 miles, 7 US states later, completely hassle free.
Only point to note, nothing to do with Andy or DFCH is USA car hire companies charge for return to different state locations, worth asking Andy at start to factor this cost in, should you choose to compare cost. Even with this surcharge DFCH still significantly less than competitors initial charges.
Well done Andy/DFCH - RECOMMENDED.

Very easy to use - no hassle at all. The comprehensive check-in instructions were great, and we were able to find our way to the car straight from the plane with no problem.
For first-timers, the sat-nav was invaluable - even though there are a few new roads that don't show up.
We'll use Discount Florida Car Hire again!!

Would definitely recommend to everyone looking to hire a car going to Florida. Sat nav service is great too, as is going straight to the garage to pick up you’re vehicle when you arrive .

Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble, even when my flight was cancelled the night before and I had to change destination they were able to step in and change my car to a Tampa pick up, even waiving the admin charges for doing so. I'll be booking with these again in the future.

Andy couldn’t have been more helpful even when I made mistakes in my dates! The pick up and drop off were quick and easy and I will be using their services when I next visit Florida as well as recommending them to anyone who will listen!

We booked our hire car for our Disney World trip with "discount florida car hire", i had seen them reccomended on "The Dibb forums", we would certainly book with them again.
Really easy, and most importantly the cost was very competitive.
The sat nav was sent to us about a week before we left and they provide a bag to post the sat nav back to them when you return from holiday. If youve never hired a car in Orlando before its really easy. You go to your providers area and then you just pick a car from the catgegory youve paid for, in our case a "mid suv". Really simple and easy, and returning is even easier, you just pull into the lane and someone else takes the car for you, they even have guys there helping you take your bags all the way to the check in desk (for a small tip!).
We will definitly use DFCH on our next trip
