Just back from our recent Florida holiday, first time using Discount Florida Car Hire. Andy came highly recommended by the Dibb forum, nothing was to much trouble if we emailed Andy with any queries he emailed us back straight away. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to several of our friends who are visiting Florida in the future.

This is the second time we have used DFCH.
Once again, first class customer service off Andy. From initial booking to top insurance and Sat Nav hire, every question or concern answered straight away.
Picking up car at Sanford International Airport was simple and straightforward and had choice of car in our range.
On return, again simple and easy drop off.
Had no problems at all during vacation and will definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.

Discount Florida Car Hire came up cheapest for our ten day holiday starting in LA, dropping the car in Las Vegas. The Sat Nav loan service was first rate. We took the optional top-up insurance, which, coupled with Andy’s advice, saved us a fortune when we were offered the inevitable ‘extras’ at the Dollar Rental desk. Communication was excellent- my emails received prompt replies packed with useful advice. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic service offered and the price of the car for 3 weeks was excellent. Worked out at just over £250 and that was for a luxury SUV. Ford Explorer we had and it was a great car, not too greedy on fuel either. Furthermore, they send you a SAT nav for no extra cost. Compare this to Alamo and the car itself for 3 weeks was £1500 plus the SAT NAv which they charge an additional £220 for. Huge saving!

Easy process to hire the sat nav, it arrived the week before our holiday with a pre pay envelope to return. No issues with this company and would use again.

This is the second time we have used Andy and communication / service just as good as the last. Garmin Sat Nav ordered and received in good time before the holiday with postage bag paid for, to return the device after your trip. Highly recommended...

Great service from start to finish. No problem amending booking to get cheaper prices when they dropped. The sat nav service was super helpful and cost a lot less than direct with the car hire firms. We will certainly use them again!

Excellent service from Andy and his team at Discount Florida. Would highly recommend them and definitley use them again myself. They were very responsive to any queries we had. We hired a sat nav from them which was excellent and really helped us with finding our way round and took the shortest routes. We were kept updated on dispatch of this and once we had returned the same at the end of our holiday, they confirmed receipt of this also.

Was recommended Discount Florida Car Hire from one of the Orlando Facebook groups. The number of people responding with this recommendation was huge so i felt confident that it would be a good choice.
Contacted Andy at Discount Florida Car Hire and he made the process very easy. A few days before going on holiday we received all the required paperwork from the rental company with an online checking in.
When picking the car up this meant we were in the office less than ten minutes before we were able to drive the car away. The return process was even quicker.

Would highly recommend using discount Florida car hire, Andy was very helpful & everything was set in place when we arrived it Florida! Sat nav arrived on time & had everything saved so we didn’t need to worry about anything when we got there! Staff at almo we’re also very helpful as we forgot to print our voucher out!!! We choose what car we wanted & couldn't of been happier! Great service.
