Friendly, helpful service
The person on the phone was very friendly, helpful, understanding, patient and I felt like she lived at the location I was booking for. Very familiar with tourist attractions and facilities.

A good deal but a couple of issues.
A good deal and a straight forward process would have got 5 Stars except the deal included free membership which doesn’t seem to have happened. The confirmation email also stated a checkout of 11am when the deal said it would be 12pm.

Very Accomodating
I needed to alter the booking I had made, initially it was difficult to contact a customer service officer over the phone and I had to leave my name and number. I also sent an email, as suggested in their message. However my experience became very positive when I received a call from customer service, they were incredibly accomodating and went out of their way to assist me.
