Excellent Dental Treatment Experience in Turkey
I recently completed my dental treatment in Turkey at DISLEVENT clinic which included implant surgery in September followed by zirconia crowns, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.
Dr. Ruchan was exceptional throughout the entire process. He demonstrated not only professional expertise but also genuine kindness and attentiveness to my specific needs and concerns. His careful approach and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I was receiving.
Buse, Dr. Ruchan's assistant, was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the procedures, ensuring everything went smoothly.
I must give special recognition to AYZA, who provided excellent translation services and served as the vital communication link between myself and the dental team. Her assistance was invaluable, coordinating between my implant surgery in September and the recent fitting of my zirconia crowns.
The entire team worked together seamlessly to provide me with high-quality dental care. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey.

I travelled from the UK to DIS Levent International in September 2024 for the first stage of treatment for All On 6 dental implants. I had previously had an initial consultation over Whatsap with Adam, the clinic coordinator, I was able to ask questions and I was not pressurised in any way to take up the treatment. I had read good reviews from other British people who had attended the clinic; also a Turkish medical friend based in Istanbul recommended the clinic to me.

Adam arranged everything for me, including a transfer from airport to hotel (a super hotel conveniently situated only a few metres from the clinic), and making daily contact with me to arrange appointment times in the clinic. Well done Adam, much appreciated!

Treatment took place to extract my existing teeth and to insert the implants into my jaws. Due to low bone density in my upper jaw I needed a different type of implant for the upper jaw, this was clearly explained to me and I agreed to go ahead with zygomatic implants. I experienced no pain during the extractions and the insertion of the implants. There was some slight swelling to my cheek bones the day after, but this quickly disappeared. I was provided with painkillers but I didn’t feel the need to take them.

I returned to the surgery for one week in January 2025 to have my crown bridges fitted. Again Adam arranged for me to be collected from the airport and he booked me into the nearby hotel. Thanks Adam.

I only had injections on day 1, the rest of the week I received treatment that didn’t require anaesthetic. I was initially fitted with trial crown bridges, I had these for 2 days and I could then feedback to the dentist about any changes I’d like making to the final bridges. We also discussed what shade of white I wanted for the teeth. At the end of the week the crowns were fitted and I was so happy, my years of horrible teeth were over, I have fantastic looking teeth now.

I would like to sincerely thank the dentists and the dental surgeons who carried out the treatments. Everybody was very kind and friendly towards me, and when necessary a translator was always provided (most people at the surgery seemed to speak English). In particular I would like to thank Dt Ruchan who built and fitted my crown bridges, he is so professional, friendly and his work is absolutely first rate. I would also like to thank Dt Mohammed for his work during my first visit, and Deborah and the Office Manager for the translation services and for being so welcoming and friendly towards me.

This is a well-established dental clinic in Istanbul, I felt more comfortable going there than to one of the many clinics that are now in Antalya. With the help of my Turkish medical friend I made a great choice with DIS Levent International, and I would recommend this dental surgery to anybody.

Si vous voulez être en bonne santé, éviter dişlevent j’ai fait l’expérience avec eux et je vous déconseille, il y a tellement de meilleures cliniques à Istanbul ou ailleurs en Turquie, mais celle-ci est à éviter

Buna! Ma numesc Dorina Zamfir...hai sa va vorbesc despre prima mea vizita in incinta acestei clinici. Deci: dupa foarte multe cautari pe net, am gasit aceasta clinica Dis Levent...am aplicat si foarte curand m- a contactat telefonic Rodica o doamna foarte ok...m- a asigurat ca nu voi simti nimic si nu voi avea dureri,ceea ce s- a si intamplat...bun...impreuna cu sotul.meu am pus la punct absolut tot pentru a calatori la Istanbul...am avut VIP transfer hotel/clinica si inapoi...in prima zi am avut x-ray apoi s- au efectuat extractiile si inserarea de implanturi, pot sa va spun sincer ca nu stiu cum sau ce a facut domnul doctor chirurg dar eu chiar nu am simtit nimic nimic iar timpul a trecut foarte repede...dupa aceste proceduri am vrut doar sa dorm...apoi in zilele urmatoare au fost mulaje pentru dintii provizorii, curatarea dintilor ramasi si a maselelor, tratamente pentru gingii, fiecare dinte si masea in parte , la fel domnul profesor doctor foarte atent si cu multa grija , ba chiar in timp ce isi facea treaba dumnealui canta, ceea ce a facut ca totul.sa fie si mai ok...abia astept urmatoarea vizita la clinica pentru ca imi doresc foarte mult acel zambet cu cei mai frumosi dinti...

First course of treatment
We had our first course of treatment, we find the clinic and staffs to be very friendly and professional.
Our interpreter was excellent and explain the treatment package.
All together a very good experience which include the hotel
The pain from the treatment is not is not to be underestimated and so pain killers is a must.

Alors voilà, je suis allé à la clinique le dis lèvent pour poser des implants, le docteur Özgür à poser les implants je lui ai dit, j’ai des soucis au niveau des implants, il m’a dit c’est normal c’est le temps de la cicatrisation mais après les trois mois de cicatrisation ça a empiré ensuite le Mohammed Karahanli m’a fait la prothèse provisoire que je n’ai jamais pu utiliser, il m’a dit c’est normal après trois mois de cicatrisation, vous pourriez l’apporter sans problème, mais je n’ai jamais pu l’utiliser, je suis vraiment déçu de la clinique diş levent

U guys robbed me crap implants broke straight away when I was sleeping wat kind r scam r u run. I'm disabled in r wheel chair n have no job no money but I saved for years every dollar I got just to get my teeth done cost ne $20,000 all together n as soon as I got back 2 Australia it broke in my sleep n I told them this n u know wat they said oh just come back n we will fix make it better with so titanium y wouldn't do that is the first place now I'm fu*ked I can afford r ticket so yeh guys stay away from this place find another one cause ur just going 2 get robbed here

After bad treatment with two Antalya dental clinics , since 2022, l contacted this clinic explaining my poor experiences with these clinics and sent them all the information of the corrective problems I require.
X-rays and photos were sent and many phone conversation had.
Adam their manager assured me that there was no problem,sending me a treatment plan including details of multi abutments that would resolve the reason why the other two clinics had failed to provide the appropriate solution

Arriving at the clinic, which visually was not appealing and gave me some concern ,entrance down a side street Entrance
Via a small lobby with a lift to 3rd floor small reception area no Initial greeting of welcome.
Eventually I was taken down to a very small room for an X-ray although there was a X-ray protection jacket on a stand it was not used?
In the corner was a open waste bin filled to the top with bloody tissues.

After another 20 mins wait filled in a medical history form have say neither of the other clinics did this , the young lady who assisted me with this was very pleasant.
This is when it became apparent that they did not have any of the information I sent in August this include the details of my existing implants which are a very popular make .
They contacted their office and found the photo I sent them of the package of my implants.
They said they could not understand the details? Irrespective of this of course if they had carried out the prior checks before my visit this would not have been a problem ?

Eventually they examine me the X-ray they have taken was very dark and poor resolution
This is when it became apparent that they had not studied my dental history.
Several dentist did their inspection and to each one I had to explain my requirements.
This of course gave no confidence the dentist dr Ozgun who I specifically asked to carry out my treatment was sitting in the corner behind the dental chair making no effort to present himself to me , only when leaving the room did realise who making Disgruntled remarks to the dentist who had examined me
Sitting behind a small desk he gave only Cursory glance and put his head down.

Needless to say I was very disappointed although they said they could provide treatment this I heard from the two other previous clinics.

Once again after spending nearly £1000 in travel and hotel I decide to get a return flight the next day.
They sent a message the doctors would like to speak to me but too little late.

My advise if you have existing implants which my case was misaligned abutments have your treatment in the Uk , my dental visits to Turkey are no more the cost and stressed caused is not worth it ,Particularly at 72 years of age.

I had a great experience with Dis Levent in Istanbul, the staff is very friendly,nice and knowledgeable. The translator is very patient, kind and helpful.
I was very nervous but the team was very nice with me.
My implant and crowns are very good looking, I’m very happy with my results.

I traveled to Turkey for an All-on-Six treatment at DIS Levent International, and it was a fantastic decision. Patient consultant Adam took care of all my travel arrangements, including hotel and transfers, which made the entire process stress-free.
