Absolutely great company. I made a mistake on the engraving on the display I ordered, sent them a message asking if they could change it. It was too late, it had already shipped, but they sent me out a free, newly engraved unit free of charge to replace it. There was no need, but clearly great service is a must for them!!

Friendly and Helpful to Order
The people at Display Champ have been great to work with, responding to my special requests and working them into their products. Absolutely NO Quality Control
1st and LAST time ordering from this company. My first hole in one at almost 70 years old and they sent the wrong engraving to me. I’m sure whoever that person is, he is equally pissed. I would be glad to send his to him if anyone has his address. I got my ace at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club in Myrtle Beach, SC while Brad apparently got his at Westhaven Golf Club. AND to add insult to injury, my order was supposedly checked by quality control from start to finish!

Thanks for flagging this. We could not see any message from you before this review, and had you let us know, we would have corrected the error immediately at no cost. Our mission is to deliver a five star customer experience, better than any e-commerce company out there, and we take that seriously.
What happened appears to be a simple packing swap with the shipping labels. It is extremely rare, and across 5,000+ orders this is the first time we have seen it, but it can happen in a fully hand made, customised, and personalised process carried out by people rather than machines.
As you will have seen from the packing slip, this is not something off the shelf from a Far East drop shipper. Every step is executed and signed off for exactly this reason, so that if a mistake slips through, we have a robust process to identify it and put it right.
You will also see from our other reviews (which have never been anything other than 5★) that we work hard to help customers celebrate their special moments in golf, and our team cares deeply about getting things right.
We still want you to receive the case you originally ordered. We will remake your case with the correct engraving and ship it on an express service today. The other customer contacted us the day theirs arrived and, once we saw the swap, we sent them a new one the same day.
If you are happy with the resolution, we would really appreciate you considering an update to your review to reflect the outcome.
