Unresponsive and delay in delivery
I had placed an order for a product on 28 Aug 2026 which confirmed delivery within 3-5 days. I received it 15 days later on 12 Sept after several follow ups. Every time I followed up there was no response to the WhatsApp although I could see someone has read the contents and is trying to respond but the response didn't come thru'. Nobody reached out to me over my phone so I started to feel I could have been scammed. It was only when I went to the website and found a customer care toll free number and dialled it that I was assured it was genuine and the product is on its way. The delivery agent too promised to deliver till evening and didn't come nor responded to. The delivery was made only the following day. The whole experience was traumatic and disappointing. The company will need to improve its services to reassure clients on its genuineness and speed up the delivery with continuous follow ups if it needs to retain customers and enhance its image.
