Order delayed by 15 days and very slow courier service
It took more than a month for my order to delivered when ordering I was given an estimate of 15 to 18 days.
When the product reached Indian warehouse I got a message that my order will get delivered in 72 hours but I received my order after 10 days. Most courier partners can deliver orders in 24 hours pan India, even after reaching India it too you guys 10 days to get my order delivered.
Requesting your team to atleast partner with good courier services who can deliver orders in 24 hours after they reach India

I ordered a product from Distausa that arrived in India on August 17th. However, I'm very disappointed with their courier service. Despite the package reaching India over two weeks earlier, I didn't receive my delivery until September 2nd. This significant delay in the final delivery stage is extremely frustrating and has left me dissatisfied with their logistics partner and overall delivery experience.
While I appreciate Distausa's product quality, the slow courier service has seriously let down their otherwise good service. I would recommend they improve their coordination with their delivery partners to ensure timely final-mile delivery to customers.
