The reason for a low score is due to the fact that when you order on line, your order is accepted and later find out that there are not enough stock to honour your order. This is not the first time.

Dreadful delivery
I have no idea how the good are as Royal Mail / Parcel Force can't seem to deliver.
I now have to undertake a 50 mile round trip to collect from the depot.
I would strongly advise Divertimenti to use a different courier company

We appreciate all feedback regarding delivery and completely understand the frustration when a parcel does not arrive as expected.
All of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s 24-hour service. In this instance, Royal Mail attempted delivery twice at the address provided. Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, collection of the parcel was arranged.

The cookery demonstration was great but…
The cookery demonstration was great but the wine element wasn't.
First there was only one wine, they could of done a small element wine matching and second there was barely any wine. As we paid £65 I would of expected a reasonable amount of refreshments.

Terrible delivery service
I placed the order on 23rd July its now 2nd Aug still havent recieved it. I was a birthday gift and its totally missed the day. If you order from here make sure you need it for anything too important coz it wont arrive in time.

We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel. All our orders are sent out with 24hr tracked delivery. Our team looked into this and unfortunately, Parcelforce identified an issue while the parcel was in their network and marked it for return to sender, which meant it could no longer continue to the delivery address, causing a delay in the arrival of your parcel.
We understand how frustrating this is and our store team have already sent out your order again, and it will be with you by tomorrow.
Great service. Super to deal with people, not algorithms.
The Divertimenti team have been brilliant.
From retrospectively applying a discount that I struggled to enter online to quickly sorting out a delivery error.
It must be easy to dispatch the wrong item but this was rectified easily and swiftly.
The frying pan has a lovely weight and finish.
