Amazing and fast service! The necklace I bought is of very good quality and the packaging is very cute. I don't live in the UK and delivery took about 5-6 work days, so quite fast. I will definitely be a returning customer!

WRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE
I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street.
I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund.
Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.

I got this specifically because it is just like the one worn by the lead singer of Greta Van Fleet and will be wearing it to an upcoming concert as well as every other day.

Received prompt response for my purchase. Purchased item arrived quickly within 2 weeks and was beautifully packaged with chain and pendant each in its own sealed bag to prevent tangles and both in a pouch within a small box, along with a note from the company.

Even though I ordered with the fastest shipping, they refunded the shipping fee, sent it express anyways and let me know that they were having difficulties with FedEx/UPS right away. Definitely will be purchasing from this company again. Nice experience, they take care of the customer.

Fantastic purchase!
