I had placed an order but used the wrong billing address so the said order did not go through. I immediately emailed customer support and they were able to correct my mistake. Originally shipping was estimated 5 - 12 business days as I live in the USA and it was coming from London however, I was shocked when my package showed up in just 3 business days 👌🏼❤️🔥

I did not recieve any mail to warn me about the different stages of my order. But,I had to pay taxes, even though it is specified that we " should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU." As soon as I signaled this problem, the team answered me very quickly and refund me. A very good customer service and the jewerly is beyond reproach.
