This time, I received a powder looking more like cement. I thought maybe it's normal. So I sprayed the solution all over and the kitchen with it, in January, no result still roaches running all over. Then in February, I sprayed again and in a few days I saw the population triple, mainly little ones. What happened to the other powder you used to send me? You sell now cement? I am totally disappointed and really mad for all this extra work I had to do, plus my wasted time.

I had previously bought some Permethrin from this vendor last year and they quickly shipped the product. This year I wanted to buy some additional pesticides for ant control. I did look on the Amazon site and found the products I was looking for but decided to go with Do It Yourself pest control because I thought I was helping out the little guy rather than the big conglomerate. To my surprise, my entire order came from Amazon and was delivered via Amazon. What's up with that?

This group of people are the best! The stuff they sold me first did the job. But i had a few stragglers so i bought something else, then found i didn't need it. They made the return process easy with no problems. These guys and gals are great!!

Fast delivery was the only positive. My issue is that the Apprehend that I ordered was packed with the smallest ice pack. It was melted and warm. The Apprehend was warm as well.
I'm questioning if the spores survived since it clearly states to not store above 77 degrees! I'm done with these guys. The first time I ordered they never included an Ice pack. We all know how hot it gets in Florida!

Product is arriving today. Still not sure if I would be from this company again.

I ordered bait for mouse traps on July 15th. The tracking number provided says the USPS is waiting on the box. I called DIY PC on the 23rd and was told there was USPS shipping delays. 8 days, really??? I ordered some traps from them that arrived quickly as they should have but still no bait and no response to my email.

Terrible customer

I bought their mole plastic mole trap and after 4 attempt with only one success it broke. Hard to use found a better one on amazon (metal). More disconcerting was the when I went on their website to give the trap a bad review both my phone and my computer gave an error when trying to save the bad review. Don't trust the reviews on their website. They will show all good. Hogwash!

I applied the glue strips in multiple locations, stapling them in place so the rats couldn't run away with them and it didn't even phase the rats. They nibbled on the edges of the paper and smeared their hair on them, but not a single rat stuck. I'm super disappointed that it didn't work.
I would love to return the unopened box of 24, but can't find where to do that.

I ordered a product with next day shipping, but there was a significant delay. While I knew this wasn't likely the business's fault, I did call to request a partial refund for the shipping since it took about as long as the free shipping did. The customer service agent was extremely accommodating and refunded me immediately; if I ever needed anything pest control related, I would return to them knowing that they are reliable and are willing to make things right for the customer in these sorts of cases.

I have spent over 400 dollars on roach spray. And then I bought the roach gel in the syringe tubes from Diy in one week they were gone. I put it out again in two weeks and they are still gone great stuff. Thank you

I have tried to get rid of my roach infestation for awhile now. I tried borax powder, gel, various other chemicals, but to no avail! I was starting to pull my hair out! Since I don’t look good bald, I found DIY Pest Control on line and figured I’d try it out. This has been a life changer! In just 3 days the roaches have all but disappeared, I can’t believe it! Thanks DIY pest control!

One limitation of Bora Care is that it must be applied to bare framing and sheathing so order well in advance... otherwise you run the risk of stalled projects or having to leave surfaces go untreated. I'm not blaming DIY for this incident below, this one is on the carrier. However, as the consumer, I am the one being ultimately inconvenienced. Had I forseen these events before they happened I would have ordered another gallon of Bora Care back in December so I would have had it in my hands long before removing any Sheetrock or siding. The entire garage wall had to be rebuilt due to termite damage as the previous owners left this property seriously neglected.

On January 20th, I ordered a gallon of Bora Care insecticide to treat replaced framing and sheathing in my garage. There has been major termite damage to this house and the wood as well as the ground must be treated in order to avoid a re-infestation. I've purchased from them before without incident. However, this time there has been an exception with the carrier because of poor weather the week of January 21 - 24 in this area and now the package is in limbo. It is virtually impossible for an individual to get ahold of a live agent at USPS by phone these days; usually one is dumped into an IVR maze, placed on hold for up to an hour, and often disconnected before reaching someone human who can assist with lost or non moving packages. I contacted DIY yesterday who said they would keep an eye on this, however my experiences with USPS is once a package is lost, it is lost for good. So hopefully DIY will send a replacement gallon of Bora Care and collect on the shipping insurance from the post office for the lost in transit package. I can't install insulation or Sheetrock in my garage until wood is treated with Bora Care and will have to find another seller if DIY is unwilling to ship a replacement.

I have to replace this water heater and sister a few studs in the corner over the next three days and will have to rely on a Taurus SC barrier and leave this framing and sheathing untreated. Even if DIY shipped out a replacement today, I wouldn't have the product in my hands for another 7-10 days on top of the 12 days I've already waited because of the carrier losing the shipment. This is too long to go without hot water and will just have to hope for the best.

Bought a raccoon trap & when it arrived I noticed that there wasn't a back door on it Which makes it hard to put food in & also if a skunk was in the trap , the front door is hard to open w/o getting sprayed, When I asked to return it they were now going to charge me for the free shipping & I must also pay for shipping it back. It would cost me more to ship it back than it was worth. Lesson learned buy from Amazon not DIY Pest Control.

Ordered from them September 11, 2024. Got their confirmation email. Never got shipping details. Emailed them on the 24th. No response. Still nothing to this day.

UPDATE - It is now 5 months later and still no product. No response from my many emails, calls nor texts. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I place and order 4 days ago and I have call them twice and it's only been excuses today is the end of the 4 day and they provide me a tracking# and it saids label is made but product has not been send by distributor this is ridiculous won't buy from this company ever and if you are on a rush for their products don't buy from them you would be disappointed 👎👎👎

I tried every bee spray available at Lowe’s and Home Depot, they just kept coming! I had German yellowjackets in the wood of my house bad! I bought the bee spray and the after powder and next morning there were dead bees everywhere!!! Luv this stuff, it REALLY WORKS!

I placed an order and I was very pleased with the price and the quality so I ordered more and I will continue to order more in the near future!
