Stay away from this online retailer
Stay away from this online retailer. Their product kept coming up on my search feed for tick tubes. First in the ordering process they do not let you enter a shipping address city,state,zip, they use only the google search which doesn't work for my address.
Then when I went to checkout it stated "product has been discontinued" and suggested an alternative product. The alternative product was bed bug spray!
I am going to block this site from showing up on my browsers so I don't get fooled again.

After being a business customer for over 2 years it's sad to see the customer service drop dramatically and immediately. Had an issue with my product being delivered to the wrong address so I called in to customer service which now is being routed to out of the country and I could barely understand what the lady was saying due to the thick international accent. I can deal with that but the fact I added insurance to my package this time due to shipping issue recent and previously seems the insurance is worthless. After my package already extremely delayed now they tell me I have to wait another 7 days just to hear back after they get in contact with the shipper etc. As a business owner I dont have the luxury of that time to waste and being without product. After spending thousands monthly with them I now have to change providers. Unfortunate for both sides seeing as my business has 50% growth year over year. I will never do business with solutions again and I will find every place to leave my review and I will advise all other owners I network with a out this issue and I know a few that will follow suit with my choice in my next provider. Shame on you as a business!
Purchase from this Company at Your Own Risk
I purchased a simple 2.5 gallon bottle of herbicide from Solutions Pest & Lawn. I was informed after shipment that the product was damaged during shipping. Simple enough I thought, this should be refunded and a new bottle sent. Unfortunately, this did not occur and I was told by the agent, Grace, there is nothing that could be done. There was zero flexibility on the side of Solutions Pest & Lawn, and surprising in today's competitive environment that the company would choose to be so short-sighted as to dig their heels in over 90 dollars. I strongly encourage other potential customers to avoid this risk, as I have learned and find a more reputable company to provide your business.

Spoke with Jared, he was very helpful, informative, and took his time to research my problem with carpenter bees, and wasps on my cedar siding house. Give me a call back and confirm the product between Dominion XL and silo.
My experience was he had my genuine best interest at Heart and wanted to make sure that when I bought a product from that store, it solved the problem I was seeking to remedy.

Misleading and hidden charges
I spent significant time browsing and selecting multiple items on this website, but the prices displayed were misleading. Five items totaling $169.76 ended up costing $223.16 at checkout due to hidden charges. This experience was frustrating and feels unethical.
Damaged shipment - No Support / No New Business
The bait station arrived with a broken snap and Solution Pest & Lawn customer service offered absolutely nothing, no return, no refund, no replacement, no credit, no nothing. Too bad for them I was actually going to buy several more units. It was a very disappointing experience - don't do business with this place.

I ordered Products and it took months to ship and when it was sent it never showed up, and after calling was essentially told it was sent and delivered so to bad. customer service is jut horrendously bad

Great company, give them a chance
I had in issue with an item purchased from Solutionsstores in June of 2025. The item had degenerated in the 7 months that I had it and became unusable. I sent a very complete email to them with pictures and asked for a replacement. The response was less than cordial. I then initiated a review of Solutionsstores detailing the inapproiate response. I was contacted the next day and offered an apology for the response and asked if they could make it right by replacing the item, no charge. I have been very please with the customer care given and have received the new replacement. I have been a repeat customer with this company since 2020 and until this minor bump have had excellent service and pricing. Those with complaints should let them work the issue out without getting upset. I think they will try their best to treat their customers great. Tom D. Southwest Ohio
I ordered 6 protecta evo bait stations
I ordered 6 protecta evo bait stations. These have a small 10 lb cement style block inside to weigh them down. They packaged 4 of them in the same box with NO protection around each unit or anywhere in the box. With around 40lb's of weight with no protection other than the thickness of the box material, two of the traps were damaged. I called them and they said I did not buy shipping insurance, and that there was nothing they could do. It was the shippers fault for being rough with the package, not there fault for not protecting the product THEY packaged and shipped. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you buy the insurance, which is probably just another way for them to make money.
BAD EXPERIENCE - shipping & customer service
BAD EXPERIENCE! Beware of a company that does not put the customer first instead they put their bottom line first. I ordered 2 bags of grub granules. Neither made it. After 3 weeks, I called the company as there was no follow up. Both items had been damaged in shipping. Customer service told me they would assist with filing a claim. But 2 minutes later after I expressed frustration, they said I needed to file the claim with the carrier myself. The claim was denied because the company would not assist with the information needed for the claim. I'm out over $150 but the time precedence of a company is more important. This company will not stand behind a customer or assist. I talked to the supervisor and he commented he called me 'so that I could vent' instead of offering any assistance and also mentioned the next time I ordered...but I cut him off before he finished because there will not be a next time. In the companies defense, they do offer an 'insurance' option for damaged items during shipping and based off other review, they need to offer it as it happens often. There is just so much wrong with this company and being treated like a number instead of a customer is not how you do business.

I purchased a product from your store and it was shipped in a bag instead of a box. Unsurprisingly, it leaked. When I contacted your customer service, I was told there was nothing you could do about it.
I have purchased many items from your store in the past, but after this experience, I will no longer be giving you my business. I also plan to advise my neighbors who I previously recommended your products to not to buy from your store going forward.

Don’t buy anything in liquid form from this business. My weed killer was packed in a box with no protection. The loose cap leaked all over the postal truck. USPS stuck the leaky box in a plastic bag. It was thrown on my front sidewalk and leaked all over my sidewalk. This company took no interest in the numerous problems this caused and offered no rebate or replacement. They said they inspect everything!!!!! No tape around the caps, no bad wrapping the liquid and no filler in the box to keep it from spilling. Great way to keep the customers happy!

Company did not sent shipping email conformation and tracking information after asking numerous times. I finally received information from my Discover Card. Item lost by USPS with no recourse because the time to file a claim for 100.00 had expired. Disputed with Discover Card and it was found in favor of vendor. I am out 167.00 with no recourse.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with their shipping and delivery practices. A company that cannot guarantee the safe delivery of its products should reconsider maintaining an online storefront.
Their policy of charging customers an extra fee for a “delivery warranty” is not only unreasonable but misleading—especially when it’s the carrier’s responsibility to ensure shipment delivery. What’s worse, their packaging practices are clearly subpar, which means that even when damage occurs in transit, the carrier rightfully refuses to honor the warranty due to insufficient packaging.
This leaves the customer in an unacceptable position: paying extra for a warranty that is essentially void from the start, with no accountability on their end.
If their packaging and fulfillment process cannot meet basic standards for secure delivery, then they should either correct the issue immediately or reconsider offering shipping at all. At the very least, the burden of risk should not fall entirely on the customers.
Poor packaging, damaged product
Pre emergent came in a plastic bottle that was shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding. Lid on product was off when delivered and leaked into the envelope and my mailbox. Customer service refused to replace the product and said I should have paid for the insurance. USPS subsequently sent me a letter instructing me to take the packaging to the post office or they might disallow the claim that I had supposedly made. Turns out that the company filed a claim to get the refund of the damaged product even though they would not make a refund to me. I contacted my credit card company to file a claim but have not heard the resolution to that. Solutions Pest did finally give me a credit as "a one time courtesy". Their filing of a claim for a loss that I was to sustain is in my opinion completely fraudulent.
No product, no refund. Wtf?
The company did not deliver the product that I ordered and refused to issue a refund. I'm having to chargeback due to their negligence.
Product damaged upon arrival
Bought 6 aerosol cans of wasp spray. Box arrived without any damage. Found one can had the cap laying in the box and the top of the aerosol can had broken off. Called retailer and they said they could not help me as I did not buy the shipping insurance. I told them the product was damaged due to insufficient packing and that was on them. Ask to speak to a manager and was denied. Disputed it on my credit card and received an immediate credit.
Do Not have this company ship you liquid product
This company has no concern for how they ship liquid product. Nothing to protect the container. Management could care less about feedback. They put the responsibility on the USPS. I received a chemical soaked box, an empty bottle of product, and a bill for $90. Good job Solutions Pest & Lawn.
