I ordered skins for my pioneer DJM V10 and it arrived damaged. There's a couple creases on the vinyl preventing it from staying flat. I reached out via email and it's been two weeks and still no answer. Worse customer service I've ever experienced to date. These skins are expensive and the lease they can do is have some quality control. I truly regret giving them my $110 USD.

Grosse Enttäuschung. Habe bisher immer bei 12inch bestellt und nun einmal aus Deutschland. Zum einen sind die Preise komplett überrissen und dann bezahlt man noch extra, wenn man ein Hersteller Logo drauf haben will. Sorry gehts noch? Zudem versenden sie zwar in die Schweiz, ziehen aber keine MWST ab dafür bekommt man vom Zoll noch zusätzlich die Steuerrechnung. Also bezahlt man zwei Mal MWST. Zuletzt deckt das Skin gar nicht das ganze Equipment sondern lässt die hintere Seite mit den Steckern einfach aus.... Da bestelle ich lieber wieder aus Amerika oder bei Doto aus Italien. Echt schwach....

Unzuverlässig, mir wurde ein fehlerhaftes Skin geliefert. Habe nach zwei Monaten eine Antwort erhalten und noch mal zwei Monate später immer noch kein neues Skin oder das Geld zurückbekommen. Sind nicht zu erreichen per E-Mail per WhatsApp und sonst noch. Hab über 300 € ausgegeben, enttäuscht und verarscht. Also Kundenbetreuung könnt ihr vergessen das gibt es da nicht. Wenn ihr Glück habt, bekommt ihr das richtige Skin. Ansonsten habt ihr Pech

Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Ich habe drei Sachen bestellt davon sind zwei nicht passend. Zuerst habe ich vier Wochen gewartet, bis alles kam trotz mehrere Telefonat Versuche und E-Mail Versuche keine Antwort. Danach kam die Sachen und zwei Sachen davon waren nicht passend für die Geräte, obwohl es schon so abgesprochen war. Danach keine Antwort mehr keine Rückmeldungen mehr Vergeblich versucht anzurufen Kontakt über WhatsApp oder Instagram alles vergeblich. Sehr enttäuschend Geld umsonst bezahlt und Produkt nicht ordnungsgemäß geliefert.

Bestellt wurden 2 Skins für CDJ 400 und bis heute wurde nichts geliefert. Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Telefonanrufe, Whatsapp oder Emails.

I bought skinz for my Rane One recently first time consumer reached out to the contact support via email. There were gaps in my side decal and my *OE replacement discs were not *OE the decal was placed incorrectly not allowing the release button to point to the Rane symbol. The customer service representative was horrible immediately went on defense mode making every excuse under the sun and never offering a solution. Not once did he take ownership that his product and possible quality assurance was lacking. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is the first negative review stop of many. Horrible first and last time experience.

Ganz schlechter Kundenservice, es wird was versprochen und nicht gehalten . Auf Emails und Kontakt über Facebook keine Reaktion bzw. Rückmeldung. Warte schon fast 2 Wochen auf eine Antwort bzw. Rückerstattung. Das war das erste und letzte Mal wo ich dort was bestellt habe, aber wie man ja sieht stört es die ja nicht der kleine Kunde ist ja nicht so wichtig.

All with the same result ...No answer

Extremely poor communication to the point of being ignored.

Imagine you contact a company ready to throw some serious money at them and they couldnt give two hoots.

The attitude stinks guys, you should treat your clients more respectfully...

Bought a DJ Skin for my DDJ SX-2 and nothing arrived so far. I wrote a message to their WhatsApp Number and they said they check and will get back to me soon. After that I didn't get any more answer :)

I ordered the dj skin on 26th of Dec 22. I then sent an email to support on 10th of Jan 23 to follow up on the order and asked them to share with me the design with my logo on it for proofing. I received a reply on 11th of Jan 23 with a very low resolution photo barely showing the logo on the design. I replied asking for a higher resolution photo to see how the logo looks on the design, but I haven't received any replies after that. I sent 2 follow up emails, I even sent messages and called them on the Whatsapp number provided, and sent messages on their Skype support account. After all this, still no reply until today 21 Jan 23. I have no idea on the update of the dj skin I ordered. Truly very unprofessional.

Bought a skin for my xone96 nothing custom a simple black skin. Received it just over a week from ordering. Tried to fit as per the instructions but nothing lined up. To make the button holes fit correctly and cover all the silver the whole skin had lumps and bubbles everywhere. Used a low temp heat gun and foam spreader for applying graphics etc and still couldn’t get the lumps out. I used to fit graphics to vehicles so know how to work bubbles out etc but this impossible to fit and have loom right. In fact the skin split and looks terrible and still isn’t flat. Removed it and threw it in the bin now awaiting a response from them. Only buy from this company if you’re trying to hide damage otherwise you’re wasting your money and it will look worse. Will update this review once the company have responded to my message.

bought some skins for my Denon sc5000 and x18oo mixer they don't fit and have small rips in them I have sent 3 emails and what's app message but nothing what so ever back but he was in contact with me prior to the sale no problem.

I'm so so not happy at all I don't recommend this company go to 12" inch skins or styleflip

After-sales assistance: NON-EXISTENT.
I bought some skins, they arrived quickly but they were wrong.
They weren't for my cdj model.
I immediately sent an email, wrote on instagram and also on whatsapp but they never replied.
It's been over a week and they never responded.
We needed the skins for an event and had to go without them.

Ordered a skin including my individual name end of Dec 2021. Took them over a week for an initial response with the words "sorry, we were closed over the holidays. The designer will get in touch with you anytime soon for an initial draft." That was their last email to me. No draft, no response to my numerous requests about the status of the order. I canceled the order and kindly asked for a refund several times - no response.
Fortunately I paid with Paypal so I could bring this case forward to Paypal's buyer protection. Eventually Paypal gave me a full refund. Nothing heard from DJ Skins ever since.

My view on DJ-Skins communication behaviour:
Email: no response
WhatsApp: seems to be presales only (and: calling the number won't bring you anywhere)
Skype: no response

Five star reviews on their own web page: pure self-adulation in my opinion, don't let those fool you, too... better look out for ratings on independent web pages

Bottom line: do NOT place an order here, there's trouble ahead!

Avoid this company. Had issues with the delivery. Poor communication and late or no response at all. They claimed their would be a delay in delivery due to printing error. Guess what it was delivered with a printing error. When I emailed them explaining the issue. No response. Terrible after sales. Save your money go elsewhere

Ordered a skin for Adam A7X monitor.
Took them over a week to send it out.
When it arrived the printing was very low res and blurry. Contacted them to say I wanted to return it and they ignored the email.
Sent the skin back and told them, still no reply. Now having to claim back through credit card.
Definitely would recommend avoiding them.
