Awful service from Churchill and DLG Auto Services.
My car was collected on 18 May, and I was later informed that it was a write-off. I told Churchill that I wanted to retain the vehicle and pay to keep it so I could repair it myself.
On 22 May, DLG Auto Services returned the car. However, when it arrived, I discovered that the passenger-side rear light had been smashed and there was a scratch on the passenger door—damage that was not there before the vehicle was collected.
I contacted DLG Auto Services, but they dismissed my concerns, stating that because the claim had been settled, they did not want to deal with the issue. Churchill also refused to accept responsibility or provide any meaningful assistance.
I agreed to keep the vehicle because it only required repairs to the bumper area. Instead, I was left with additional damage that has cost me a further £316 to repair.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude throughout this process were extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using Churchill or DLG Auto Services.

Using old damaged parts instead and new one , when I was told I will get brand new
My car was repaired in 2 weeks time in December, not bad bud one of my head light has damaged brackets . at first they told me I will get anew one . When I received my car head light was not in the right position , moved slightly back and lower. its normal with broken brackets. reported after big snow and no response at all , don`t recommend this place.

If you value your car consider your choices.
Various unsatisfactory incidents with DLG Perth. Lack of customer care lack of quality control. My car was returned seemingly damaged in transit had to be taken away and repaired again.
DLG had my car for a total of 18 working days where I was told by a local body shop it would take them 3 days.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing to have but I so wished I had paid the extra fee to have my choice of having the work done at my local body shop.
All in all not a pleasant experience.
